Broken spring/cracked panel, one phone call that morning, and that morning garage door was fixed. Mark treats every call as a priority. Over the last 25 years, Mark is always there for our emergencies. Great prices for quality workmanship and superior customer service on replacement garage door. Exceeds all expectations! This is the place to go for your garage door. Customer Service and Mark's wanting you to be satisfied customer is a 20 on a scale to 10. I had my garage door opener for five years and it just stopped working. He replaced the wall mount opener but 3 days later it was not working. He replaced the entire opener on an early Saturday morning 2 days later and let me put the money from the wall unit towards my new, upgraded, smart phone controlled, super quiet door opener. You have a customer for life Mark.
