The level of service at this site has continued to degrade. Since day one of purchasing two Hondas, the service department continues to amaze us with their level of low performance. It's a shame. We have bought vehicles from Caprara car companies for over 40 years but we will never buy another Honda. Don't get me wrong, the vehicles are excellent, it's all due to their poorly run and managed service department team. I just recently had 900 dollars worth of labor done on one of my vehicles for a service that was quoted for 640. Not only was the quote way off,the team left grease marks all over my

Josh, in service was very polite, super patient, and reassuring when I was having safety issues with my vehicle. The technician was very thorough and offered suggestions to help extend the life and performance of my vehicle, as well. They were able to get my car in and out of the shop in a timely manner.
