Took my suv to caskinette 2/3 times recently, BACK TO BACK because of brake issues and they kept telling me “we don’t hear a noise” and “there’s nothing wrong besides a little bit of rust on the rotors” i was even told that it was fine to drive. well come to find out, thanks to davidson ford.. my front and back brakes and rotors are completely ruined, cracked and even pieces missing from overheating. if i wouldn’t have listened to my gut and taken it to davidson who knows what could’ve happened. highly don’t recommend this place

I highly recommend this dealership (Service) to the Watertown and Fort Drum community. They have come a long way. Excellent/outstanding service. The work done on my truck (2500 Ram Laramie -Crew Cab-8 ft. bed) was perfect. Note: I've also taken in my GT Convertible Mustang and would give them five stars for this vehicle as well. This department goes above and beyond from start to finish. I have used Caskinette's service dept. for years, they have always been great to work with...until recently. In March 2021 I had my Toyota Sienna (they clearly state they service all makes and models) in for brake servicing (felt a vibration when braking), and to inspect the PS front tire for a slow leak. Regarding the brakes: I paid for a full/complete brake inspection - it came back that I only needed to replace the rear rotors and pads, which they did. less than 5k miles later the vibration came back...I again took it back in (June 2021). Another brake inspection found that the front rotors

Terrible, no communication when you vehicle is ready even when you specify that you need a call so you can get it. Don't want to be that guy that calls constantly to check on your vehicle but apparently you have to. You're on their time apparently.

After several years of repeat business and being a loyal customer, we traded in my 70year old mothers 2014 Ford Focus with less than 35000 miles on it in June of 2020. We purchased a used 2017 Ford Escape. The dealer failed to disclose this vehicle had been in an accident, outright lied when asked why it needed a new battery before purchase (claimed they had no idea why), the engine/transmission isn't running correctly (never has), and failed to replace the worn out brakes and rotors before purchase. When called out on these issues about 3 months after purchase the sales person was not helpful

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. In my humble opinion car dealerships like this are few and far between. Jess and Becky were a pleasure to work with. They answered all of my questions and responded in a timely manner. If your on the fence about going to Caskinette Ford, Don't be. They are high character people that will show you respect and help you every step of the way. If your looking to buy a vehicle from them online, I highly recommend it. Fantastic Experience!!!

Very disappointed with this dealership. They lied to me on the phone about a rebate just to get me in the dealership. I was upside on my trade and was hoping to get that covered by the rebates. Over the phone I was told they could definitely help me and the rebates will cover almost over it. I went to the dealership the next day and the salesman had no idea what was going on. He had me test drive a car that would never work for my situation. He then wanted me to buy the car and kept going on and on about it knowing very well the deal would never work. To me, this is not a very honest dealership

I recently purchased a car from this establishment. The salesman Derek Howland was great! However there was a problem with the hood latch and the service manager was a total nightmare! He first came on the phone talking about a windshield wipers pump being defective. I asked how he would know that because the hood latch was broken and the hood would not open? Then he back peddled. I had just purchased this vehicle 2 days prior. He went on to say that the vehicle was inspected before I left the lot, and had the latch been broken I would have not taken it off the lot. I was given no documentation

The diagnosis was tricky due to a wiring fault. I was charged a diagnostic fee, labor and parts. Didn't make it 15 miles down the road before the exact same fault occurred. After a phone conversation with the agent, I was told to bring it back when able and there would not be another diagnostic fee. However there was nothing they could do about the labor and parts that were unnecessarily replaced. I used the drop box that night and waited patiently until close of business the next day. No phone call, so I called to see what the new diagnosis was. You guessed it, hadn't even started yet

Amazing sales staff, i personally recomend Tania. Bought a new 2016 F150 in Oct 2016, its had a few issues yet their service dept is the best. They do everything possible to help you with any situation big or small. The best Ford Dealer around. Best pricing, best staff, i will use no other dealer.-. . Update December 2018, was a great dealership, they lost my business due to a woman named Temple in service and the cost of two tires, I have since switched over and just bought a Toyota Tundra

Unfortunately, I haven't had great experiences with Caskinette Ford in my two visits. Recently turned in the truck for new brakes. When I called the evening of my scheduled appointment, it became apparent they didn't even look at the truck all day. I had to eat an extra day without wheels. When I inquired about the status, my assigned tech couldn't answer any questions. In addition to the brakes, I asked them to investigate a squeak on the passenger compartment and fix an inoperable rear sliding window. They wrote "CND" (could not duplicate) for the squeak (still squeaks

Who knew the Ford Flex would be so hard to find. We drove 1.5hrs to Caskinette Ford to check out the multiple Flex's they had on the lot and we drove home in one! No high pressure sales and our salesman Brad Tabolt was very pleasant and was very efficient. It was a very painless process and my fiancé plans on making another drive up when he is ready to trade in his truck. Thank you Brad for all your help! I love my Flex.. the modern mommy wagon!

I was watching a vehicle on Caskinette Ford's website for about a month. I went down one Friday on a whim to look at the vehicle and was promptly met (as usual) by a used vehicle salesman named Jeff. Jeff was very friendly and listened intently as I told him about myself and what I was looking for. After a few minutes of looking over the truck and exchanging our knowledge of it we went inside to begin the test drive process.
