Ideal installed new hickory hardwood flooring into our kitchen and they did a fantastic job. Everyone we dealt with from the sales staff through the installer was wonderful. The installer especially was a delight to interact with and went out of his way several times to ensure everything was exactly how we wanted it. The floors look beautiful and are solid, which is saying a lot since we have a 120+ year old farmhouse. We have wood floors in the rest of our home and Ideal will be who we contact to replace all of them over the next several years.

We had a challenging installation ;of which owners, John and his brother, personally came out to analyze and came up with a plan that would work. (others had said it could not be done). The result--we LOVE our floors. They did an excellent job at them and we could not be happier. We will recommend Ideal Flooring to everyone!

Unfortunately my refrigerator water line leaked and damaged my flooring beyond repair. Ideal Custom Flooring worked with my budget to get me new beautiful wood flooring that exceeded my expectations. The installation went smoothly and the installers were neat and professional. I couldn't be happier with my experience and would definitely shop with them again for my flooring needs.
