When is the last time you ran into a Remodeling Company that provides quality at a reasonable price, is DEPENDABLE every step of the way, over-communicates (good thing) so you don't have to follow-up and all work is performed by professionals with pleasant personalities?? We have used American Dreamers for several projects and I could not be happier with the finished work. Our remodeled basement and new bathrooms are absolutely gorgeous! The attention to detail and workmanship are truly spectacular and I have been amazed with the way they have been able to make our visions come to life. From the first quote, I knew I wanted to use American Dreamers. Morgan clearly communicated how the crew operates and I could tell that she really understood my vision for the space. Ashley made the contracting & payment process so easy, and the work crew showed up at the exact date and time that we were promised. They arrived on time every single day, or we received a phone call to update us on the plan (which happened only twice due to bad winter weather). Initially, we were very excited to work with American Dreamers Renovations. They had some good reviews, Morgan was eager to come out and see our space, and they were very accommodating to us switching the location of our project after deciding to sell our house. That is where the positivity ends. Our bathroom remodel was being completed at a vacant house and they took total advantage of that. They would work only when it suited them and at odd hours, sometimes until the middle of the night. What was slated to be a two week project took 5 weeks to make it a usable space and another 8 weeks to fix
