We contacted the Master locksmith to replace the locks that the burglars damaged during the break-in. We also requested them to install deadbolts to prevent another such instance. The locksmith complied and he handled the concerns efficiently. The price wasn’t much, and we appreciate their first-rate assistance.

We noticed that our bedroom door wouldn’t lock properly unless we nudged it closed. I called the locksmith company and told them about this issue. They told us it wouldn’t take them long to fix it and they sent their locksmith . He took care of the concern easily, and we appreciate the great service.

When we found ourselves locked out of our vehicle, we knew we had to contact Master locksmith to help us out. We didn’t want to destroy the windows, so we were thankful that the locksmith came by quickly. He didn’t need a lot of time to take care of the concern and he didn’t damage the paint job, too. We appreciate the quick response and the highly affordable service fee. We couldn’t have gone home in one piece without their help. We’ll recommend them highly to our friends and wouldn’t mind having them again should we have other lock-related needs.

They wouldn't tell me a cost over the phone. And they told me that I needed to pay before they showed up. I told him I would have to call someone who could help. They proceeded to harass me for the rest of the day by calling multiple times even though I asked them to stop. The only responded by calling me a "miserable person" and that I should find something better to do.

I used master locksmith to open my car. After the technician ripped me off, and charged me $200 after I was told on the phone $35. I drove to their office to complain to the manger, but the office does not exist! They should change their name to "master scammer locksmith." If you read this review do not contact this locksmith ever! I hope google reads this review, and does something about this! (Bellow are the pictures of the "office," maybe its under ground so they don't have to deal with customers.)

My wife's purse stolen from galleria bread co with house keys in it. We needed new back door lock because we were afraid or a possible break in. We looked on yelp for locksmith. I had to leave for work. Master locksmith came out replaced which took 10 minutes and charged us $150!!! My wife was upset and I was rushed so we went ahead. We were told $75 then bill had $50 labor $19 trip charge and tax. We felt not only cheated but stupid we paid them that much!!!! Their receipt has none of their info on it. No phone no company name or adddress!!! I called to express we were upset and
