Cannot say enough good things about Wes and Gateway Lock. Called on a Thursday afternoon, dropped keys off, and had them back super fast! Not an easy task, we dropped off 4 different keys and needed 5 copies of each. Recieved a text that they were being worked on, and 5 minutes later they were done. Wouldn't hesitate to get more keys made, or to key our locks again!

Wes was great! I called and he made time for me to come over to rekey two locks. It only took 10 minutes. Could not have been more friendly or nice! I’m new to the area and he even recommended a restaurant for dinner. Got his card for the future. Great business. I will be using this business in the future. Highly recommend!

I have used Gateway lock & security multiple times. Each time I have had the privilege of working with Wes. He is very timely, professional, and knowledgeable of any issues in his field of work. SUPER NICE. When calling to schedule an appointment if he couldn't get to you same day he would always try to give advice on how to fix the problem if he thought you would be able to do it yourself. Never late and great communication. Explained everything he was doing to fix the problem. Would recommend this company every time!

I had a locked file cabinet and did not have a key to open it up. Gateway asked me to provide the number on the lock, which I did and they provided me with a key that opened up my file drawers.
I picked up the key as soon as they had it ready and couldn't be more satisfied with the service they provided as well as the help getting the proper key to open my file cabinet.
