Florida Flooring lives up to all posted accolades. We replaced carpeting in two rooms with vinyl wood flooring. We weren't sure about the color to choose and Annie came to our home with several samples from which to choose until we got it right. The installation team worked carefully and did a beautiful job. Changing the flooring that runs through most of any home is a huge task. Finding the right wood flooring is an daunting task, especially when it comes at some expense. We went to many stores, companies online, big flooring warehouses and a few small business floor companies. We chose Florida Flooring in Boynton Beach. Our experience with Florida Flooring has been excellent. Back in June, Michael (owner) made a trip to our house to meet us, bring flooring samples and take measurements. Annie and Michael (owners of Florida Flooring) are the kind of professionals that are a pleasure to work with. Annie was very helpful with picking out the right product and color for our home. They showed up on time, did the job on time and responded promptly to calls. Their installers were polite and professional and left the room spotless when the job was finished. Seeking waterproof laminate flooring for about 1000 sq ft of my home I went to six flooring stores -three full service family owned and three DIY warehouse. Two DIY warehouses eliminated themselves in chaos, delivery issues and high projected costs. Four stores offered me home measurement and a proposal for the same work. My coworker referred me to Florida Flooring, which I called the next morning and spoke to Adam. He was very pleasant and professional on the phone and in person. He invited me to go to the show room to look at laminate samples and educated me on the different type of flooring. We just had our floors redone by Florida Flooring after a flood in the house. Three rooms and closets, a real mess. After all floors were ripped up by a restoration company, we had no base boards and cement under feet. Working with Florida Flooring was a great experience. I live in Chicago but needed to install laminate in a property I have in West Palm Beach, so I needed a company that could work from the distance without me following up. They did an amazing job. I told Annie I liked a floor from Costco and she offered me basically the same color I liked but in Mohawk. They got all the permits required by the city and the condo association, and did a beautiful installation job really quickly. Further they had the best price of he 3 companies that quoted me. I highly recommend them.

These were the most professional flooring people I have dealt with in my 25 years living in Florida. Adam was prompt and courteous and understood my needs over the phone, bringing with him the perfect samples. The installers arrived on time, worked efficiently and left my house cleaner than when the started. There was a problem rehanging the closet door and a part was needed to make it right. They were back the next morning and made everything perfect.

Great experience from start to finish. I called and asked to have the representative bring Shaw laminate Flooring, which is made in the USA and that does not have the Formaldehyde problems that laminate made in China have. Michael, the owner, came to our house with a nice selection of flooring. We chose a Rio Grande Cherry that I had seen on the Shaw flooring official site. We explained to Michael that our installation would have to wait about a month and half to coordinate with removal of old furniture and delivery of new furniture, He had no problem with that. The owner Mike Asker came out to our home. We spoke about the carpet in our home (Karastan) and that we were replacing only because the co;or was out of date. He showed us several carpets that he said were equivalent to the Karastan. My wife decided on a color and agreed to the purchase. Mike said we were in great hands and he was very responsible so much so he has no wording on his contract. The carpet was installed in a timely manner. Owner came and gave us a very competitive price on a laminate floor for our large bedroom. we signed on. on the installation day the installers were late. when they finally came they did a great job.
i was very upset with their being late, but they were polite, hard working and neat. they did the job faster than i would have believed and neater and cleaner than i expected.

My husband and I called for an estimate to have our bedroom carpeted. Gentleman came out and gave us one. We told him we would think about it. We decided it was a good price and my husband had tp leave him 4 messages before he called back so we could place the order. Right after it was done we decided to do the rest of the house.
