These guys where fantastic. Very knowledgeable about needs and considerations for the move - especially given the need to move in winter and accommodate the risks of the colder weather. Pick up and delivery went smooth and very professional. Highly recommend and will use again. In addition to de-hook and delivery - their expertise was also able to quickly trouble shoot a small issue on hook-up as well.

Over the summer friends of ours donated their hot tub to us. For months I had been calling local companies in the northern suburbs but could not get any of them to commit to removing our old one and installing the "new" one. I finally called this company. I wish I would have called them months ago. They are based in Naperville but came to Antioch for our job! I called them on Wednesday, and on Friday the job was finished! Their price was much more reasonable that the other companies I spoke with and the price didn't change, despite our old hot tub disintegrating and requiring some creativity to

What a good company! They came to my house and moved the hot tub without any issues. They unhooked the electric and walked me through a couple things so I knew what was left. Friendly and professional. My only issue is I had to contact them because I didn't know what time they were coming. Other than that I'd hire them again!

Between scheduling with Anna and the actual removal by Jim and team, their customer service was great! After purchasing a home that came with a hot tub and contemplating to keep it for over a year, we decided on removing. I contacted Two guys and a Spa Dolly on Friday and hot tub was removed by Sunday. They were punctual, and had the tub loaded, down a 5 stair deck and out in about a half hour!

I highly recommend two guys and a spa dolly! We bought a hot tub from Costco and needed someone to get it from our driveway to our backyard. Communication was great! Scheduling was flexible! Tim and his crew not only moved our hot tub quickly and safely, they also shared several important tips regarding setting up and using our hot tub. Great experience overal!

I called Anna to get our hot tub removed over in Carol Stream, and it was scheduled for about a week later. Jim and his guys called ahead to say they would be early and they arrived right when they said they would. They guys were all very friendly and respectful while moving a huge 6-8 person gross hot tub from my yard. Anna was so pleasant to work with on the phone. Our tub was gone and done within about 15 minutes. I had a few questions for Jim about the electrical box and he was very patient and helpful with his answers. I would absolutely recommend this company!

My fiancé found this company in a pinch. After our hot tub was delivered, this was something we thought we could undertake ourselves but after careful consideration and rational thinking, we decided it was not. Jim was so helpful over the phone and came immediately the next day and moved our new hot tub through the snow in the cold. You definitely can't go wrong with these guys!

Hired Jim to move my spa and he strung me along for over 4 months while providing every excuse under the sun including, my trailer broke down, my truck broke down, we had a family emergency, had to install a new hitch. Each week it was a different excuse.

These guys were amazing! I had brought 4 friends to get a hot tub out of a home. The tricky part was getting this out of a window as it would not fit out the patio door...but that's the way it went in, that's the way it's coming out.
The 4 of us tried, spent about an hour trying to lift this 730 pound hot tub and try to get it to the window ledge...it was not going to happen.
