Beautiful furniture but horrible customer service. The furniture they delivered was damaged. Before I signed the delivery confirmation I wrote down that it needed to be replaced per delivery crew. Called the store the next morning and they directed me to send an email. 3 email follow ups, multiple store calls and almost 3 weeks later, I have yet to receive some type of acknowledgement. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Furniture was current attractively
Displayed. Delivery was on time
And competent and careful.

I came in this store with my husband and we Purchased a beautiful livingroom set with the Assistance of Mrs. Barbara. She was awesome!!!!!!!! Definitely will be coming back for sure for my bedroom set

I looked for it, then I found it Top quality furniture and styles that aren't cookie cutter. Great customer service. Smooth sailing there.

Gallery furniture has a bunch of nice Italian stylish and elegant furniture collection, I got a nice bedroom from them which didn’t take them a lot of time to deliver, Stephanie was great in helping us and caring as well, the assembly and delivery guys were professional, the only thing I didn’t like that they don’t allow returns or exchanges and their sales are final, and the bed of the bedroom I got took some extra time to be delivered but other than that I had a good experience buying from them and I recommend them.

Got a fireplace entertainment center needed help with fireplace because it wasn’t working so I call the store and spoke to a employee there and he assured me that he would come out to my house and bring me a new one next the he show up did a great job I really appreciate it this place is awesome

I wish I could put zero stars. Worst experience in a furniture store .
Very bad and rude customer service . I had to go back 3 times to the store to correct the bill for a mistake that they have done.
Be careful with what you are getting because all sales are final .
Even asked for store credit (not a refund) but the manager declined .
Think very well before you buy .

Very great customer service from the start. I purchased two lamps from here and Stephanie Bailey was very hands on and helpful. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

After going to a couple other furniture stores for a new dining room set, we stopped here. We had a very specific table type in mind. Rick helped us, and I have to say he was an important influence on our choosing to do business with them. If you want a pleasant shopping experience you should pay him a visit. He was perfectly professional and courteous, no-pressure, and he was very informative. I spoke with Barbara on the phone a few times, and she was very pleasant and helpful as well. We opted for an extra piece (a server), and ordered it at the same time, but we had to cancel when we realized

UPDATED: There are so few places with such a huge and varied selection.  You can easily create a unique room from their stock. Thay have whole rooms already setup to browse.  You can furnish a whole house just as well. Give yourself plenty of time. You will be here a while with all this fresh style. Check out the fantastic automatic table in this video. I also found some excellent accessories this visit. The staff just keeps getting better too.
