Rick Wheeler started Synthetic Turf Restorations 5 years ago with his brother Steve Burks after seeing a need in the greater Sacramento and San Francisico area to have his customers turf cleaned, groomed, and repaired. Steve continues to be in charge of the maintance and repairs of our customers grass.
