I contacted 3 other services to remove a tree that fell across my fence during a storm. I only heard back from one of them over a week later. My friend contacted Cooper Lawn Care for me and he called me within 10 minutes and came out that day to give me an estimate. Today he came out and cut up and hauled off that tree. Chevy is my hero. A neighborhood cat had been stuck in a tree about 60 feet up for 2 1/2 days. He responded to my phone call quickly with much concern for the cat and was at my house within an hour and in the tree quickly. There was about a 15 foot gap in the tree with no branches so she had nothing to jump on and she is a smaller cat. She had no way down. Chevy to the rescue. He climbed that tree high enough to coax her down to the next level, then with all of us below calling her and banging food cans, he was able to grab her three separate times lowering her down a little more each time. I hired Cooper Lawn Care to trim my large tree in my front yard that had overgrown and was hitting my house. The team was quick to return my inquiry call and schedule an estimate. I cannot recommend this company enough!! From start to finish, they have been nothing but impeccable, professional, and responsive. I filled out the form on their website, and someone called the next day. I told them what I was trying to do, and they scheduled someone to come out the next week. Made an appointment to get a quote on some work I want done. They scheduled a 2 hour block to stop by and said they would be giving me a text/call when they were on the way. Overall I’m happy with the services. My yard looks a lot better than it was. There were a couple of things I’m not too happy about. First they had to come out a second time after the first estimate because the original guy didn’t get everything clear. When asked to put a border or pavers, they did not give me choices. Once here the day of, I see how cheap looking they are. And when they were out here to do the job, I had to walk through everything again as if I hadn’t before (twice). I absolutely LOVED how Bailey's Tree Company handled our request for tree clearance of our chimney. Within days they sent out Jennifer who was a delight to speak to, was very knowledgable and offered advice on another project they unfortunately couldn't help us with but we were happy to take her up on tree clearance and after signing the contract the team was out within a week. The whole team that came to trim the tree were amazing, polite, professional, and very efficient. Within less than a half hour they were done. Thank you! Thank you! This process was so easy. Chris came out and survey the tree and provided an estimate. I compare to other local companies and they had the best price. The scheduling and payment was all done online. It was really easy to use their online setup. They did the work in one day. Not only did they removed the tree, but removed the stump and hauled everything away. I came home to check the area where the tree was and could not tell where the tree was located. I contacted Cooper Lawn Care for some yard maintenance. The owner came over and looked at our yard. We received a quote that same day and decided to move forward with their service. The service was set up and unfortunately I was not able to be home when they came by for our first service. When I got home, I looked around and found things that were not done but had been discussed at the estimate meeting. I emailed them and they set up a revisit to fix the items. First, they required a $50, non- refundable deposit to come out for an estimate. So, I was out $50 if I did not hire them. Time was of the essence. I needed the work done a.s.a.p. . A date and time was set for the yard work. Despite having confirmed the appointment twice they did not show. They did not call. I had to call them. They put me off for almost a week, despite knowing that time was of the essesnce. They verbally agreeded to take $25 off the final bill, which at the presentment of the final bill they forgot. Cooper Lawn care did a FANTASTIC job fixing my yard. I have included before and after photos. They were respectful of my budget and made sure I knew when my changes would add additional charges. We needed quite a bit of work done on our over grown back yard. Brandon came out and gave us a quote and got to work as planned. They removed multiple bushes, even digging out the root system of a large area of bamboo. And trimmed many trees and bushes along with cutting the lawn and hauling off all debris. Chevy Cooper (owner) knocked on my door back in July of this year (2019) and I decided to give him a try. I had never hired a landscaping/yard maintenance company prior to that (just mowed my own yard). But, truthfully, I don't like having to go out and work in the yard every week, and Chevy's prices were very reasonable.
Chevy has consistently shown up, he does everything, and pays attention to the little details. At first I didn't know him well enough, but now I'm comfortable having him do the back yard when I'm not home.
