Some people may see professional pest control as a luxury they can do without. They may try to overcome potential problems on their own by purchasing retail pest control products. When treating for pests, Marlboro Pest Control takes into account proper pest identification, biology and habits. Applying retail products without the benefit of correctly identifying pests or knowing their habits may lead to a much bigger pest problem.
We offer cost-effective residential pest control service plans to suit many situations. Our comprehensive annual plan is a fixed-price service that includes most pests. The fixed price covers all visits that are needed for control of the pests. Our single-pest plans are appropriate for people who have a single pest that usually needs multiple treatments (e.g., carpenter ants or mice).
As with residential properties, we treat all common pests. Controlling pests in condominiums and rental properties have some characteristics that are different from single-family homes, although many situations are similar. We offer cost-effective contracts for regular inspections of the property and treatment when necessary.
We have provided pest control services to many commercial and industrial structures for over thirty years and understand the needs and common pests of eastern Massachusetts. We treat structures of all sizes, from small restaurants and bank branches, to large warehouses and multistory office buildings.

We initially contacted them for tick control for our lawn last year and were fantastic! Last week I called in a panic when cluster flies began invading our house. Roy, the owner, picked up and was so nice and calming and said he would come out first thing in the morning. 8 on the dot he was here, walking around the whole house and in the attic to thoroughly check to make sure they hadn’t gotten into the walls, roof or foundation. As he didn’t see anything, he said he didn’t want to spray the whole house and charge us for something he didn’t think we needed that they should go away in another
