I had used Milford Exterminating in the past for years and found them to be professional and responsive. I recently called the company to inquire about a quarterly service. After a couple of days I received a call back. Unfortunately I was not available at the time of the call, a message was left for me. I called back and was told that they monitor their phone but 98% of the time no one is in the office. The woman who left the message said that it might be best to communicate through email. I never heard such a thing in that industry. I asked if no one beringin the office was related to the Pandemic

Two guys showed up early, without calling first; in a personal car; with no ID representing they worked for Milford Exterminating. They said they were going to lave materials, but did not. Said they had to go back to the office before offering any thoughts/estimate. Received phone call from the owner, no estimate, but simply a message saying they are not able to do anything until NEXT FALL. Really. Then why even bother sending anyone out to do an estimate at all. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing, as I always try to support local businesses first.
