Services
By harnessing the power of the sun, people all over the world produce their own pollution-free reliable electricity. Technological advances, government assistance, the need for reliable power, and the growing urgency to reduce the use of fossil fuels make renewable energy systems increasingly attractive to people around the world.
Wind-powered battery-charging systems can be cost-effective if the average wind speed is nine miles per hour or more at the location of the wind generator. If you are using wind in combination with photovoltaic power, it may be cost-effective if good wind is available only during part of the year. When the wind speed doubles, the power delivered is eight times as great.
Solar Conduit carries micro-hydro power turbines and accessories from HI-Power, Harris Hydroelectric, and ES&D. This section also covers Renewable Energy water pumps from Grundfos, SHURflo, SunPumps, and Flowlight, water heating and washing machines. The HI-Power Hydros are ideal for sites where water is available at long distances from power needs.
LED lighting is the best choice for the homeowner trying to reduce their energy consumption. They are extremely efficient, using up to 80% less energy than an equivalent incandescent, and they give off much less heat than an incandescent bulb, reducing air conditioning bills. Also, they last several times longer than incandescent or fluorescent bulbs, reducing maintenance.
All standalone and battery-backup PV systems require battery storage. Photovoltaic modules charge the batteries during daylight hours and the batteries supply the power when it is needed, often at night and during cloudy weather. Utility grid-tie systems supply power directly to the utility grid; no battery storage is needed.

I had placed an order for a solar pump that was listed as $697.00 on their website. So i added the pump to the online cart and paid for it and received an order conformation confirming the price, shipping and taxes. I get an email from the owner (Ken) saying that their pricing online was not up to date and that the pump was actually $849.00 then proceeded to say that they could send an online invoice so i could pay the difference, or cancel the order. I then wrote him back stating that according to their website and my order confirmation that the pump is $697.00 and that if they did not honor their

DO NOT do business with these con artists. They scammed my elderly grandparents out of $16,269.85. Chris Johnson charged my aging loved ones this outrageous sum of money, and merely setup a collage of non-working, (virtually unconnected) "dummy" panels. I currently have a criminal court case pending against these crooks. I would assume they are still actively, (and quietly) defrauding clients, while this case is going through deliberations. If this has happened to you, contact the BBB immediately.

BEWARE! I was RIPPED OFF by "Solar Conduit" retail company, in San Antonio, TX (https://solarconduit.com). I ordered a pump from them (him) [actually the company appears to be entirely run by one person/crook: Ken Solis (http://www.facebook.com/kenpsolis?fref=ts)] and although my Paypal payment was promptly charged and accepted, I did not receive any kind of receipt e-mail or anything. When i contacted him, he repeatedly said the pump was back-ordered and would be shipped soon, but he soon stopped returning e-mails and never returned my many calls (an answering service always answers

Be careful! They appear to run out of a storage unit. They use an answering service for a customer service line, and don't return calls. They have a non-operating email link for customer service. They do, however, immediately run your purchase on your card! Try another company for your own sake!

This does not appear to be a real company. I placed an online order with them, but now can't get in contact with anyone. I've been trying to contact them for days. Emails bounce, and phone calls go to a call center where they take a message, but no one ever calls back.
Stay away from this company, A complete scam.
