That is the main problem!! They called your salesman Polo and informed him they were going to remove the remaining roots left by your company during installation. Polo send them a text with the map of where the cable passes though. If Polo, your employee, who had said they needed to called Digrite Texas instead of giving them the map all this had been prevented. Or if your installation group, also your employees, would had removed the roots at the same time they removed the trees in the first place all of this would also been prevented.

Customer service and honesty are so important when doing business. The salesmen Pollo is rude and try's to intimidate people when it is completely unnecessary. If you don't have a ton of money to throw down the drain, i suggest you do your research and use ANOTHER company, before this company lies to you and costs you thousands of dollars!

Good company but check your system daily. During the last cold spell our system went down. We were paying full price for our heating. When I called South Texas Solar they informed me my system had been down 18 days. South Texas Solar can tell if your system is down but it takes 30 days before you are notified. I’m still waiting for some compensation for my high CPS bill in February. ☹️

We signed up at the end of 2018...a busy time as everyone wanted a tax break. They got off to slow start installing in January 2019. First day a
few panels...next day the entire system. As an Electrical Engineer, I was observing every point of the installation. Very professional JOB! There Master Electrician made several trip after reviewing the installation photos. Mainly issues with decals. The system is working at or above my expectations, generating more power than it was rated at one point. The system is saving us money in two ways. We are making more power than we are using even with a 5
