Then, I'll do a thorough inspection. I will look wherever pests are known to hide or breed, ant trails, rodent burrows, dropping's, etc. Based on the type of pest(s) I've found I'll customize a treatment program designed to create a pest-free environment in and around your home or business. Using the principles of integrated pest management (IPM), I'll focus on blocking the routes pests use to gain entry to your home or business.
Based on what I've found I'll customize a treatment program designed to create a mice free environment in and around your home and yard. If I use rodenticide bait I will always place traps and baits in places where children and pets cannot reach them. And, I will always use Bell Laboratories rodenticide baits in Bell Laboratories tamper resistant *TIER 1 bait stations.
Sawdust: If you see sawdust raining from your ceiling or from any indoor cracks, you have a problem. Ants Rule #1: If you see more than 10 ants a day in any room other than the kitchen, you have a problem. Ants Rule #2: If you see ants in your home and the ground outside is frozen, you have a problem.

We were having problems with mice and John quickly came by, did a very detailed inspection on our house and gave us great recommendations. He was very thorough and honest. It's not often you come across such an honest contractor who seems to really enjoy their job. That's what I found with John and I would highly recommend him. I was not sure what to expect because we had never used anyone for pest control but John (and John Jr.) came out to my house and they were professional and totally honest. I appreciate that they didn't try to charge me for services I didn't need but still took the time to explain things to me. I would highly recommend calling Kent County Pest Control. Hello to all. I gave this company a 5 star rating, because of the most important reason. A man came down to check my house for powder post beatles. He saw that there was no active infestation. And felt that there was no reason to treat for the powder post beatles. He could have tried to talk me into spending about a thousand dollars, but instead he was honest, not greedy. So, in my opinion, a very trustworthy company, that all of us can rely on.

Excellent! Called for a huge yellow jacket problem.besides competitive pricing,they came to check out the issue that day,returned that night for treatment,followed up the next day without me calling them,then called ME to say they will be back tomorrow to check AGAIN! Looks like i won't need that 90 day warranty! What can I say.great people,great service. Thanks John
