Fox Pest Control Technicians also complete extensive training in the classroom and on the job with an experienced mentor before servicing alone.
If a Fox Pest Control customer has an infestation of covered pests between regularly scheduled Home Protection Plan treatments, we will come back and perform targeted treatments to get rid of the pest at no charge. If Fox Pest Control cannot resolve the problem after three such targeted treatments, we will cheerfully refund the customer's last monthly subscription fee, as long as all other terms of the agreement have been met.
And if you see any pest activity between your regularly scheduled treatments, simply give us a call; we'll come back at no additional charge.

Had them come out for a bat problem at my house. The woman was on my property for maybe 2 minutes and only visually inspected from a distance and said it would be $4200 and I needed to give my credit card info right then and there so they could charge 50% to secure a spot on the schedule. I was very uncomfortable and emailed the company within 10 minutes to tell them not to run my credit card and that I wouldn’t be doing the work. Just had another reputable company come and do the exact same job for $1,450 and they won’t run my card until the job is done and I’m happy, 2 year no questions

Great Service! The guy who comes to my house is always super nice and does a thorough job spraying the house and getting rid of the wasps that we once had. He was just here for a checkup and touched up around the house for ants and other pests and he was in and out in a flash. Great Place!

Camden came on a same day request for which I am forever grateful. We had a wasp nest at the bottom of our back steps. She carefully assessed the situation and was able to remove it and send the wasps away. She also sprayed the house for ants and spiders. She was pleasant and knowledgeable and even said she would return if they came back. Great company. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful customer service!! Just spoke to an associate (wish I’d gotten his name so I could share it here) about switching to their organic program, and he was amazing. So empathetic and extremely helpful. Answered all my questions and made it so easy. Today’s Mosquito/tick sprayer was really kind and thoughtful, too! Congratulations and many thanks to Fox for hiring such outstanding staff!!
