Waggners came out and replaced my ac/ furnace and the plenum under the slab in my dining room. They did an amazing job! My house is freezing cold and the concrete they laid back looks perfect! The techs they sent out were professional and kind. Thank you guys!

On 04/19/2021, I had Waggoners give me an estimate to replace my hot water heater. I explained that I wanted new hot water heater exactly like the one that was being replaced. The closet that the hot water heater fits in, is in the garage and is made to fit a tall hot water heater. They sent a new crew that brought a short hot water heater, that barely fits in the closet. They did not have the right tools or the right valve and had to leave to go get the right supplies. None of the vents, relieve valve drain, drain pan drain, and gas valves fit correctly and had to be modified, The technician stood
