Ron was very nice at the beginning when I installed my first steps carpet...second time I went to try to get carpet for the basement he got upset because I didn't purchase vinyl from him and gave me a very ridiculous price on two sets of steps and a landing... I compared the first price with the second price and I got so much more carpet the first time and it's the exact same carpet I was looking for looking at my receipt he charged me even $100 more..I only needed about half of the amount of the first carpet..now he wants to charge me more then the 1st time.. unbelievable..very unprofessional

I have had the opportunity to use County Carpet on four occasions. I worked with each of the three partners (Ron, Ray and Bob). They are all extremely knowledgeable. Their customer service is simply the best and their prices are very competitive – What more could you want? I highly recommend County Carpet.
