Everyone at Ethical Tree Services was wonderful. They arrived right on time to do the job. The crew was very polite, they were careful with our stone wall, they did a great job removing the damaged tree and cleaning up afterwards. Their price was fair as well. We highly recommend Ethical Tree Services and we will definitely use them again whenever the need arises.

After the October (2021) Nor'easter Storm, Ethical Tree removed a HUGE Oak tree that had fallen in my yard. They were here within a couple of days. Truly professional men and did a fantastic job cleaning up the debris. Left my yard nice and clean. I would definately hire them again.

Once contacted, we had a quick appointment for an estimate from their arborist. Then we were contacted by the owner Kevin once we chose to have Ethical do the work which entailed removal of 5 large pines and 2 red maples. We had an appointment within 2 weeks. They came on time and were very professional to work with. Removal of the remaining logs occurred within a few days and they were here the same day to cleanup any remaining debris etc leaving the area pretty much as it was minus the trees. We were extremely happy with their work and would definitely work with Ethical Tree Services again.

Ethical tree service was recommended to us and we were very impressed for various reasons . One the speed of their correspondence , they always arrived right on time even for the free consultation. Duane was so knowledgeable and professional. The crew was courteous and respectful of our property and kevin was very good about telling us exactly that the status of our work was as it took several days. This work is never inexpensive and it’s something we needed to do but the work was very well done

I'm very impressed with the professionalism and the quality of service we received from Ethical Tree Service. They are not just tree-cutters; they are extremely knowledgeable about the types of trees on the property, their growth rates, which might damage walls or damage the home, and so on, and they use this knowledge to make recommendations about what to prune, what to cut out completely, and what to cable so as to preserve healthy trees. This is the second time we have used Ethical Tree Services for tree removal work at our home in Franklin. After doing a great job for us back in 2018, with the removal of 3 very large pine trees and trim work on some of the surrounding trees, we brought Kevin and his crew back to tackle another project - the removal of a VERY large pine tree that was extremely close to our house. Was looking for someone to hang a tire swing for my son's birthday. Ethical Tree Services was one of the few companies that replied. Kevin took the time to inspect the tree and branch to ensure it could be hung safely. He purchased extra strength cords and chain to protect the tree and safely hang the swing. Very professional...very personable and polite crew. Started early and got right to work. From watching how they approach the job, it's obvious that they are well-trained and know what they are doing. Very safety conscious. Several of the crew are "climbers" (see photo), which apparently is a dying art. The "spider" they have eliminates the need for a crane; it's like origami or one of the Transformers - it starts skinny and low but folds out to safely reach a height of >80'. Throughout the 2-day project they maintained a neat work area and left the yard free of debris.
