So my husband hired Roy to remodel our entire bathroom. It started off well and towards the end Roy was becoming rude and sloppy when it came to finishing up. The tile in the shower wall was not level and the grout was not even. He refused to fix it. They also incorrectly caulked our tub and now we have had water damage for 2 years because we couldn't find the problem....they did not caulk the tub correctly and noticed it when we took the shower doors off completely. When we complain about the tile Roy also threatened us and told us if we took them to court we would not win. They are a rip off

We had to terminate our contract after finding Ben Kramer & his staff doing drugs on the job! Terrible experience all around. My wife and I thought about calling the police. Thankfully she is a much nicer person than I am.

everything that was promised was delivered with speed and professionalism . They Finished my entire roof about 1800 sq ft
in 4 days & It looks Amazing.

Kramer did a great job with repair work on our rain gutters, and replacing our back porch roof. A few of the neighbors around us use them and recommended them. We'd hire them again.

These guys are the worst. They took forever to finish our project in Squirrel Hill and had to re-quote us TWICE during the project. I had another contractor look at the work they did and its shoddy. Don't waste your time. Even heard a story of them stealing medication. wow.
