Calloway roofing company is a scam. The company did a claim from my insurance for me. The claim was denied. They gave me an attorney to fight the claim for me. The lawyer told me to ask Calloway for an estimate before the insurance decided the amount; I called them so many times to get an estimate and they said they would send me one, but I never received one. They were waiting to see how much the insurance would give before giving me an estimate. After the insurance approved the claim from the lawyer they sent me an estimate for $29,691.03 to do the roof if this is not a scam what this is then

Unfortunately, I was sadly and angrily dissappointed with thier POOR customer service, and responsibility to return my numerous of very important messages about an insurance payment issue involving a lost mailed out insurance disbusement check to them. Also, less than 1 year, I reported to them that my roof shingles are coming up, as well as roof discoloration, due to a repair in which I had to stressfully fight for due to their negligence; and no one will come out to inspect my concern as a consumer, who trusted their door to door salesperson spill. I have had the great pleasure of being assigned Liz as my designated servitor. What is that? Liz's job requires interfacing with roofing customers, Calloway employees and any sub contractors. She has really impressed me with her attentiveness, quick response to any questions and closing the loop with any and everybody who has a role in completing specific tasks. Liz even called me while shopping with her folks for a new car on her own time. They are good people before sign contract, after they have signed contract do not respond any phone calls and if they receive money from insurance, they take your insurance money to work on other works and if you want to communicate with someone of the ir company, nobody answer phone calls, besides they do not have a physical phone #, all their calls are receive for a one of those telephone companies that receive phone calls for so many different companies.

I cannot even express how grateful I am for all that Calloway roofing, especially Raul, has done for us. We had a terrible experience with another roofing company where their error caused severe water damage to the indoor portion of the home and excessive mold which required remediation. We were evacuated from our home for two months since the home was deemed unsafe to live in. We had called Calloway roofing to inspect what we thought was a minor issue with the roof.
