Barbara helped found MBL Energy in 2002, alongside her husband, Mark Laubach. In fact, she's the "B" in MBL. After Mark passed in 2014, Barbara has since taken on leadership of the company, quadrupling it the last four years. She's brought new innovations, talent and best practices to suit the needs of MBL's client base.
Although the company has seen tremendous growth, her objective with the company remains the same; stewardship of her employees and (solar construction) resources. With over 30 years of working in the construction industry, Barbara's background, knowledge and attention to detail, allow her to drive the company forward, and provide the vision that it needs to thrive in an ever changing market.
She also invests in the lives of her employees, caring about each one as "a part of the MBL family." She feels God has given her MBL Energy and she's very grateful for the opportunity to be leading such a great team in a dynamic industry. Robert has been in the construction industry for 25 years, and holds a contractor's license in multiple states.
