Innovative Solar is fantastic! Kevin was our salesperson and he met our expectations for everything from price all the way to delivery. He is very responsive on email and phone. Within 60 days of ordering the RSD's, our commercial project was up and running. Our install crew installed their product with zero effort. Our client feels very comfortable with the system after Kevin gave a detailed explanation of what his product offers for safety. We highly recommend Innovative Solar!

This company is completely unacceptable. We placed the order back in April and they have been delaying the shipment. We have paid everything already and we are still waiting for the Rapid Shutdown boxes! The CEO Rob Bennett is unresponsive and not even an email response to our company! Terrible customer service and highly unrecommended!
