Most air conditioners have their capacity rated in BTUs, or British Thermal Units. A BTU is, generally, the amount of heat required to raise the temperature of one pound of water one degree F. Specifically, a BTU is 1,055 joules, but the first definition is easier to understand in real-life terms. One "ton", in heating and cooling terms, is 12,000 BTUs.

All four of the Bryan's employees that I have now met are polite and professional and knowledgeable. I was completely comfortable with them being in my home. They installed a new furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, and thermostat, and it all looks great.

Brand new customer that switched after 25+ years with another company. Even being a Gold Medallion member didn’t do us any good as a new furnace couldn’t be installed most likely before Thanksgiving even though we had no heat and are expecting out of town guests. After calling Bryan, they came out the next day and installed the new furnace the following day! They are GREAT and we certainly would highly recommend them!

A/C went out over the Labor Day weekend. Bryan's had someone out by 08:30 AM Tuesday. The system was 25+ years old and it was time to replace. Justin had a bid to me my 12:30pm Tuesday and techs were out by 09:00 Wednesday to begin work! Jehramy and Chuck did a great job of getting the new unit up and running. Jehramy also spent time explaining all the new features and how to use the new thermostat. I can't thank them enough for the quick and professional service.

First time using Bryan's HVAC, called first thing this morning because my A/C quit last night. The technician, Kyle, was here by 11am. Quickly diagnosed the problem to 2 faulty capacitors, and had them replaced in minutes. He cleaned and checked everything as well, and he was friendly and courteous as well. Would not hesitate to call them for future work!

They serviced my a/c system after I bought my home in Park City. This spring, they returned to replace the refrigerant and filters. Had a continued, unknown issue with freezing up, after two wonderful technicians put their eyes on it, they found the cause of the issue and fixed it asap. HUGE sigh of relief for this repair will give me the opportunity to save up to upgrade my system next spring. I'll go to Bryan's for the unit and upgrade! THANK YOU, guys!

We have used Bryan's for 20 years now and use them at home and at work. They are always very fair and very responsive and everyone is polite. Kyle came out yesterday at the end of his day just to get our air conditioner working....and I appreciate him bringing protective footwear every time he comes inside. From Justin, when he came an gave us a estimate. We were very impressed with him. Dillon is the best of the best. Put blankets down so they didnt track up the house. He showed us everything we needed to know about everything.

Had Bryan's Heating & Air out today to replace my dryer vent duct.
They did a wonderful job. Fast and efficient. Reasonably priced.
After 45 years in the HVAC trade in Colorado myself I found them very professional I couldn't have done better. And I'm a perfectionist.
Others I requested a quote from gave me a song and dance or didn't even show up. Didn't know the codes or wanted to do a flimflam job.
I can't recommend them enough. If I could give them a 100 star rating I would.
You won't go wrong hiring them for your HVAC work.

My air conditioning suddenly quit working this week and I didn't have any idea who to call. Someone at work suggested I call Bryan's and I'm glad I did. The technician dispatched to my house, Abel, was friendly, fast, and helpful. He took the time to explain the problem and available options to me. The thing that impressed me the most was that he told me what needed done now (recharge and seal) and what could wait a little while (clean out coils and other TLC).
