Strongly not recommended!! It was a huge mistake appointing this contractor to renovate our home. Jobs not delivered, yet pushing for payments. Workers do not know what to do, contractor not even do inspection to see the progress. Owner has to pick up tiles by ourselves. Owner has to supervise workers bcoz contractor not showing up saying he is busy. Works always delayed due to contractor did not get items ready. When we questioned on the contractor's job, he even yelled to us so that the neighbours could hear!! He even instructed workers to stop doing jobs when we refused to pay the remaining

This company offers renovation service at a good rate as they do volume, however the quality of work is BAD & DISAPOINTI NG. They messed up & damage other areas of the house such as Porch area with cracks to the smooth cement flooring, damaged pipe, cement droppings everywhere and their wiring BURNED that was very close to having the house burned down (they should have their own generator). Apart from that the Concrete roofing they did was a FAILURE as it leaked although they say they do waterproofing. And when it comes to warranty they only do PATCH UP job month-after-month rather than a permanent
