We have used several contractors over the years and Chris Brosseau with CJ Development was one of the best. We had CJ Development do a major addition and remodel. They were able to come in under budget, under time and deliver a top quality project. I would highly recommend them for anyone considering hiring a general contractor. His testimonials that were listed on his website were sport on.

We were very dissatisfied with the work of Chris Brosseau and CJ Development. He was our contractor on a major remodel and master suit addition to our house. He did not communicate with us throughout the project, fought with us on every request and even outright lied to our faces on several occasions. Some of his errors we cannot fix, such as building our addition too low so that the floor didn't meet up with our existing house. His attention to detail is severely lacking (windows at different heights) and his passive aggressive attitude made the project a nightmare. He even refused to finish
