For over 40 years Warner Concepts LLC has provided construction services focusing on long term minded repairs and designs. Founded in 1979 by Scott Warner, president, he sought out to "build it better". Scott Warner, Founder, began his business venture as a sole-proprietor in North Carolina working on apartment homes while attending college.

Scott and his team at Warner Concepts were truly amazing!!! I had a water pipe burst in my rental unit near DU over New Years and Scott and his team got in there SO quickly and did ALL THE REPAIRS (I'm talking dry wall, drying, flooring, painting, and more!). Scott is so kind and helpful! I live out of town, and Scott kept me up to date and walked me through every step of the process. His team had to work around my tenants and they did so with ease and extreme professionalism. I would recommend Scott and his team to anyone in the Denver area that needs repairs, big or small! I've used these guys for several projects on the house and have been really impressed. Very knowledgeable about every aspect of our home from heating/cooling to landscaping and improvements. Most importantly they're reliable, show up when they say they will, and are very upfront and consistent with pricing and options. They are easily the best contractors I've worked with and will continue to use them for all of our home projects.

Very reliable reliable and honest company. They have provided multiple jobs for us with our house and we have been very pleased. We've had no problems and they have been great at handling all of the questions I've thrown at them including landscaping, deck work, small appliance installs and home improvement projects. This is a wonderful company. They are a general contractor, and do almost anything. The owner Scott, pays close attention to detail and always always gets it right. They stand by their work 150%. The guy who runs the company, he's always organized and it's not like those other places you have come out and bid something, they are honest and forthright with what they are going to cost. It's a great company to keep in mind. That's for sure!
