Our Process Report

Paragon is operated by a seasoned team of professionals. With principals that each average over 30 years of experience in the fields of banking, architecture, and construction. At Paragon, we believe project success begins in the planning and design phases, well before construction. We are available to assist with all phases and aspects of your project, including planning, design, budgeting, offering advice on financing, and building.

On Your Lot Report

Paragon Custom Construction typically builds on the owner's lot and our design build process is explained more thoroughly on the previous tab, however, not every custom home has to be a custom design. We have a number of home plans in our portfolio that we can adapt for personal taste with ease, and we're certainly open to building a home from plans produced elsewhere.

On The Boards Report

Paragon Custom Construction has a number of homes currently in the design phase or actively in construction as both custom homes and speculative projects. We also have a number of homes that have been completely designed and marketed as "to be built" by several local real estate brokerage firms.

My realtor recommended Paragon for my new condo renovation.Back in May I have a meeting with Kadin the Designer Managers and Slate one of the owner about the renovation. I explained that was a eight floor penthouse
After the meeting we agreed to meet around September on the condo to decide if they will go forward. I contact them with a time on September for the meeting they set it for September 11 @ 10:00 I makes flight arrangements and took a 4 days pass as I station in Fort Gordon, Georgia I flight on sept 10 immediately I landed I sent a email to Kadin of my arrival the next day I was waiting
