After 2 months of calls & Mark coming out once to give us a quote & us calling back numerous times with Karen telling us Mark would get back to us by the end of the day. That was last Monday this last time. I give up......obviously they have zero interest in this job.....the unfortunate thing is we were highly.....recommended to them & now the company who referred us to them are going to change them. I just wish they could have been honest & said either we don't have the time or the manpower or whatever it was. No response tells me the customer service is highly lacking !!! To the owner of the
