There is also a one-time homeowner transferable manufacturer's warranty.
Do you put all the posts in concrete? YES! What's the best way to clean PVC fence? It is recommended that you wash white fences every 12 months for maximum beauty with simple green or similar cleaner. Use a simple pump up sprayer to apply then rinse with hose. A small amount of bleach can be added if needed.

The 4 gentlemen who took down my old fence and put up the new one were great! On time, polite, professional and left no mess behind. The office personnel were very helpful and professional. When I had a concern about my drive thru gate a couple days later, the owner of the company came to my house to check on it. As it turned out, there was no issue. I would highly recommend this company.

I can't say enough good things about Woody's. The quote was fair and about $500 less than three other quotes that I received. Woody was a pleasure to meet and explained everything that was needed, how long it would take to get the materials, and how his family has been doing this business for decades. The crew did a wonderful job and the fence looks great.
They were polite, courteous, and clean. They were diligent and intent on completing an installation they could be proud of. They were innovative when they found that the manufacturer had not provided enough brackets and they fashioned substitute parts, getting the job done on the day promised.

Giving one star, only because I have to in order to post. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
They left open a permit on my property for 12 years!! Yes, 12 years. When I called to discuss it, my gosh, the woman who answers the phone was always bothered that you called, practically asleep....awful. She also represented that "Woody" was going to take a look at my property....and he never did and never was.
Finally, I got a call from Woody (after I posted on Facebook). Who was very happy to say, yes he remembers the fence, the property and the fact that the previous owner and he decided to

The builder of our new home gave us Big Woody as a place to get a fence put up. I contacted them and got an email back asking for our address, stating they would call to set up a time to give us an estimate. We heard nothing. I contacted them again 2 weeks later and received no response. I tried one more time and finally gave up. They obviously do not care about getting business and from other reviews it's pretty obvious that they have poor customer service. I plan to let our builder know to stop giving out their information.

Called them for estimate, they came out told us it would be a week or so, gave us 2500 dollar estimate, the next morning at 7am we heard a noise out front an it was Big Woody installing the opener WITH OUT PERMISSION. Did a crap job, DID NOT WANT TO COME AND WARRANTY their workmanship. Had bad attitude. Warranty workmanship was CRAP. Woody his self lied several times on the phone to me. ASKING FOR TROUBLE AN DISAPPOINTMENT WITH THESE BOZOs

Big Woody's Fence did a fantastic job installing or fence today! Everything from start to finish was very professional and friendly.
We have a very large yard with long runs of fence, I can't believe how impeccably straight every inch of it is! We went with a 4 ft picket fence and I was leery of its strength prior to it being installed since we have a 130lb dog it has to contain. Let me be the first to tell you, a grown man could hang on this stuff and it isn't gonna move! !

We had Woody out to price and tell us about the fence dimensions, etc and were not at all disappointed in the workmanship! They gave us a time frame and didn't tell us what we wanted to hear (which was sooner than later). They were true to their word and their work and what else could we ask for? Great company and great fence! We and our DOGS are very happy!

We could not be happier with the finished product and with the service we received from start to finish. Within minutes of emailing to request an appointment, Bobbi the office manager called us to set up a time for Woody to visit and give us an estimate. We set the appointment up for about a week later in order to accommodate my husband's work schedule. The quote we received was $500 less than another fence company who had come out earlier. Got an estimate from a professional appearing individual. He called himself "Big Woody" I was assured that the fence would be installed properly and as agreed. I paid half in cash and scheduled the date of install. On the install date, Big Woody's Son showed up with some other guys and they began to install a fence that was sort of what I paid for. I paid for a flat top fence and they simply flipped over the dog eared fence and installed it upside down. The gates were built right and the two posts I requested to be 6x6 were also placed where I wanted them. However, the gates sagged
