Chantilly HVAC referenced Relax Air to help with our AC issue. My family and I are extremely satisfied with the service. We did have a slight miscommunication but that was my fault, I was happy they were able to check out our AC and fix it (not to mention, the price was *chef's kiss*) within a day. They were extremely quick to come, which was great as summer heat was building up. They were very courteous and professional. They not only thoroughly fixed the problem, but also gave us great recommendations to prevent future problems. Kamal and Ali did an excellent job! They had to meticulously trouble-shoot, essentially breaking the air handling unit down and inspecting the entire wiring until they found the problem. They also repaired/reinstalled other components that they found were not initially installed properly. Their concern and attention to detail are commendable. I will definitely call them again for any HVAC issue.

They came quickly and fixed our A/C that was running but not cooling as it should. The only reason I gave them four stars instead of five is that I have no way of knowing whether the price was reasonable. It seemed a bit high for how quickly they were able to make the repair, but we were in a bind and were grateful to have the system fixed as soon as they did.

Our air conditioner broke right as the temperatures started to rise. We called on a Tuesday afternoon to inquiry about an estimate and Kamal came out that same evening. We had the estimate on Wednesday morning and a new air conditioning unit by Thursday afternoon. It was amazing. Plus, Kamal was professional and wonderful to work with. The cost was also very fair and lower than other estimates that we received. He also gave us recommendations that met our needs. This unit is working so well and our house is very cool and comfortable.

Used Relax Air a few months back, just now leaving a review. I was able to get same day service with a minimal charge, and he showed up within 2 hours. He identified the problem right away, but did get a little sidetracked thinking there was another issue. Had parts on his truck and fixed the problem. Advised he should provide a cleaning and showed me why. When he did clean, he had me step outside to witness the amount of debris he was able to remove. I will call him first when I have another HVAC problem.

I called and was able to get service the next day. My AC went out again and my husband and I decided to replace it. Relax Air gave us the best price and was able to install quicker than their competitors. Plus the staff is personable and does a great job. This place saved me! Saturday night my ac stopped working. I had noticed it wasn't 100% for a week or two, but finally stopped working at all. Miserable night and unbearable heat the next morning (Sunday). I called first thing to see if any chance someone could come out that morning becauseI I was scheduled to fly out of town later that day and my cats would have died if I left it til I got back. It was 95 degrees inside my condo!! He looked at my 25 year old unit and did some magic, cleaning, fixing, filling and it's officially working again!! It's not going to last forever

I explained to him what was happening and he offered to come to my house and see what was causing the problem...YES, on a SUNDAY!!
He arrived, checked the water heater unit, and provided his diagnostic. He suggested trying something first before to even think in replacing the water heater tank (which I know it's going to be expensive) I think, he is very professional and he cares about his customers. I highly recommend Relax Air.

Called in Relax Air TODAY based on the good reviews. I was expecting reasonably priced and personal service from the business owner, which is exactly what I got.
Husband noticed a condensation related leak from an exterior pipe at the attic level. He saw the condensation pan in the attic was full, and vacuumed it out. The next day it was full again.

I don't write a ton of reviews, but this company is worth it. We arrived home last night to a broken A/C system. It was a Sunday. I called the big local company, but they couldn't get here til Tuesday (and they charged us an arm and a leg for our water heater repair last year...) Anyways, I called Relax Air based on the Yelp reviews and the owner picked up the phone on the 3rd ring. He said, "text me your address and I'll be there in the morning." Click. Hmmm. Excellent customer service and work. Kamal arrived within 2 hours after I contacted him, and helped solve a complex wiring issue when replacing my thermostat. He worked diligently to discover the problem and configure everything, even when another company came and deemed the job too complex. Would highly recommend his workmanship.

About three weeks ago, when it got very hot in the area, our HVAC died. We had family visiting and needed it to be repaired ASAP. I looked on yelp and Relax Air got all star reviews. I immediately called them at 8.30 am the next morning and Kamal informed me that he would be able to come and take a look at it in the next couple hours. Three hours later he was at our home and informed us that we needed a new unit. We were really stressed about how much it would cost us, but his quote was very reasonable. We called him around 7pm and he was able to squeeze us in his packed schedule arriving at 9:30pm to save us from this nasty heat wave. He was very easy to work with and gave us honest feedback about what we needed to do to maintain our HVAC system.
Overall, I would recommend Kamal for your HVAC needs as he's very reliable and cost is pretty standard for Northern VA services.

My air conditioning broke during a 94-degree day. Nasser came out that evening and replaced the unit and my coils in the attic the next evening. The service was just what we all would want from an HVAC repair company. Prompt, considerate, honest, good price. I can't say more. As a female homeowner from Atlanta I worry about being taken advantage of with prices of services in this area... and I can vouch for these guys, they will treat you fairly and as fast as possible. I could not be more happy with Relax Air! Nasser was wonderful. He was able to get to my house within 1.5 hours of calling him on a Saturday morning of what is suppose to be the hottest weekend of the year! He explained what he thought was the problem and explained the options that we can do to repair it and of course what the cost would be up front. It was exactly was he thought and repairs were done quickly. Price was fair. They have earned my loyalty.
