I have known Jim (owner and service technician) over the last 6 years from having worked on my HVAC units at my business and at home. He always tries to save the owner money by debugging the issue over the phone - and when all fails will come out and find the issue within minutes. His professionalism, honesty, and integrity speak way above other HVAC companies who try to get as much money out of a situation. I called Integrity on a Friday afternoon and they were able to schedule a visit for later the same day. The problem was diagnosed and corrected in the first visit. My water heater failed suddenly on a Saturday morning. I went to the local home store and purchased a new one, and I needed to have it installed ASAP. I found the Home Advisor web site (it was the first 6 Google hits) and submitted a request for emergency hot water heater installation for Sunday, the next day. I began getting phoned responses in about an hour.
Of the 6-8 responses:
- One company just couldn't schedule on such short notice.
- Four companies refused to even quote the work for a "customer supplied" water heater. They said they couldn't warranty the water
