Tony is incredibly patient and kind! I called to report a high-pitched squeal, which only happened at night, and I couldn't identify. He conducted a through review of the heat pump system, removed panels, advised on cleaning and maintenance, then discovered the problem... my filter was dirty. It caused the system to freeze, at night it would thaw and trigger the water alarm. I was embarrassed that I called a professional for this simple problem. Tony reassured me that it happens, advised me to change the filter, and didn't charge for his time. Thank you Tony for your generosity. I will
