Tim was amazing! We have to say that this was the best customer service we have received in quite some time. He showed up to replace our thermostat and went above and beyond to complete the job. Tim provided us a more up-to-date one and did a little wiring work so that the new thermostat was not dependent on batteries. He talked to us about a better furnace air filter, checked the Freon in our AC and filled it to the appropriate level. He is our new HVAC guy. Above and beyond service and no price gauging. Highly, highly recommend.

Tim is an absolute lifesaver. I contacted him yesterday morning around 0900 because my A/C hadn't been working for the past three days. Tim stated that he would be at my residence in about 30 minutes; arriving promptly and courteously. He was able to diagnose the problem; the starter was burnt out and my A/C apparently hadn't been cleaned in years (I'm a new home owner). I cannot say enough positive things about this company! They are the true example of honest and caring! Our AC went out. In June. On a weekend that was in the 90's with 100% humidity. I'm 7.5 months pregnant. We called late on a Friday afternoon and Tim was one of the only people willing to even come and look at our unit to diagnose the problem. Once he knew what the issue was, he went out of his way to try to find the part. Recently there has been a loud car horn sound coming from my furnace whenever the heater turns on. The sound was very similar to that of a horn from a semi-truck. I moved into my home about 8 months ago and assumed that the noise was simply cause by the cold weather and that it would eventually disappear. Our furnace stopped working, and since we were looking for a new HVAC company, we gave Tim & Sons a call based on the good reviews we saw online. We're so glad we did! Were were directly in touch with Tim.
More important, when Tim looked at our furnace, he suggested a simple fix that got the hot air blowing again. It was refreshing not to have a pushy tech trying to upsell us on unnecessary work. Tim is honest and very reasonably priced. We highly recommend him!

Reached out for a sensor error code issue on Saturday and the technician was able to make it out that same day to take a look at it. He didn't charge for the initial visit but determined that we should rewire the unit and also recommended we change out the thermostat. Said he would be back on Monday but come Monday after sending several messages, I found out he was not going to make it. He messaged back on Tuesday to say he was available today, Thursday at noon. I can't say enough about Tim! We are new to the area and had been provided his contact information because he services our Aprilaire humidifier. Just got my AC fixed by Tim and Sons Services. I am exceptionally pleased with their work. Within an hour my AC was up and running again. They are honest, courteous, efficient and easy to work with!

AC was broken so I contacted this company based on the Yelp and Google reviews. They were very responsive with their communication and kept me up-to-date the whole time the repair process was working. The technician who came out was very friendly and easy to talk with and answered all of our questions. AC was fixed pretty quickly and we are back to a nice cool house before the summer apocalypse here in DC, I would recommend this company.

Tim and Sons are not only lifesavers, they do thorough and HONEST work. My air conditioning went out and I was extremely hot and uncomfortable. After going back and forth with my home warranty company for weeks with no foreseeable results, I got fed up and decided to call my own contractor. Tim is knowledgeable and was easy to schedule with. He was able to give me an idea of what might be wrong after I texted him some photos. When he came out he confirmed the issue was water condensation. I have an old school residential water chiller air conditioner that a lot of places do not service. Tim services them and does a great job. Another company wanted to replace the whole HVAC. Tim was able to add insulation to fix the problem at a reasonable price.

To be honest, I found Tim on the internet for a water heater I needed to be replaced I live in LOCO and I don't care for the company's here and wow, was I surprised with the quality of his work, and prices were very reasonable as well. Tim did such good work I had him back for my heating and air replacement, and several other jobs as well.

Tim answered a late evening call and came out himself early the next morning when his other technician couldn't make it. Our furnace had stopped working and it was cold! He was efficient and very professional, friendly. He showed me what the problem was with the gas blowers and explained what we could do to avoid it in the future. The price was reasonable and he is not trying to add services, parts or extras to inflate the price (which you sometimes run into). Definitely the kind of service provider I can recommend with five stars.

Reached out to Tim through a neighbor recommendation and glad I did. His business is local in Burke so that was also a plus. I had Tim replace my furnace and ac unit along with the water heater. I also got a humidifier installed. It was not worth it to replace the parts as I also got a second opinion. What I liked about Tim was he recommended something within my budget but without compromising on performance.

I am so happy I found Tim and Sons. First, it is really hard to get same day service with an AC company in this area, every time I called Tim and Sons, I talked directly to Tim and I recieved same day service. Moreover, each time I called he showed a willingness to work around my schedule. He is also very honest and efficient with his work. Just turned on my house ac for the first time this season and it was blowing out hot air. I called Tim and Sons and they sent technician out to take a look at it. The technician that came out his name was Tim and he was very helpful and informative. He checked the ac entirely and told me i was low on freeon and found the issue. My AC died in my condo, called the last company who serviced it, they came over for five minutes, told me I needed to replace the whole unit for 6k
I called Tim and Sons for a second opinion, he made himself available that same day came over and fixed it for less then 10% of what I thought I would have to pay.
He is a miracle worker, came same day, worked late, and I paid a fraction of what I thought I would have too. He is so honest, I am a senior citizen, and he really showed compassion.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I fielded an inquiry online and had received a phone call to schedule an appointment in minutes. I had issues with my AC system since moving into my home, and had different issues and different technicians attempting to fix, also every year it needed Freon. I wanted a permanent fix and Tim was able to perform a leak search and pin point where he leaks was and what needed to be done to have a a permanent fix.

Called this company in June 2017 to fix a broken AC unit. A friend of a friend recommended Tim; said he was honest, hard working and price quotes are decent. Just because I live in Loudoun County doesn't mean I want to overpaid contractors for normal wear and tear on house maintenance equipments. Turns out the AC units only needed to be cleaned. He cleaned the unit and charged only $200 and told me that I have 3-4 more years before I need replacements. I have been living here for 5 years and has done no prior maintenance. Be aware. I had a bad experience with this company. My heating system broke a few weeks ago. And after I searched I found this company. Two things made me chose to this company 1 st I read couple of good customer review the second one diagnostic fee was cheaper than other with is $49.
