Superior customer service and value. They had the best response, best price and were friendly, honest and I was impressed with their integrity.

After coming yesterday and finding what is wrong they promised to come with the part today before noon. I gave them a $280 deposit for the part. At 12:30 I called them and they said my technician is on an emergency and can't come today like they promised. I have to go another day in 95 degree heat without air conditioning. They say 24 hours a day 365 days a year on their invoice. I guess that is except when your technician is busy with someone else. They didn't even bother to call to tell me they could not come as promised. I had to call them. I'm stuck using them for this call

Millie's HVAC should not be allowed to install HVAC equipment. Unfortunately I had an HVAC unit installed by them on 9 July 2019. On 13 July 2019 I noticed water damage in the baseboards of my house near the unit. Millie's sent a "qualified tech" out to investigate who said the unit is fine, must be a plumbing issue. I called a plumber and he found the leak coming from the unit. I called Millie's again and the sent the tech back. He acknowledge the leak was coming from the unit. It was a very slow leak (about a drip per minute) but with the recent heat and humidity

I should have read the other reviews here first. Millies cancelled an emergency appointment (that was scheduled 5 hours earlier) right at the end of the day leaving two elderly people with health issues in oppressive heat. Millies said their technician had an emergency but this was after I had already spoken directly with another technician earlier in the day who told me he didn't have the right equipment (a ladder). Don't commit to a job and fail to keep the appointment. We could've and should have gone with a different company. Do not rely on Millies in an emergency situation.

I reside in a condo building. A neighboring unit owner hired Millie's HVAC to replace their HVAC unit. Unfortunately, the wiring for the neighbor's unit apparently was confused with the wiring for my unit. Hence, the electric wiring to my HVAC unit was cut. This may have been an accident, but there was no attempt to notify me of the mistake nor has Millie's HVAC returned numerous phone calls from me as I attempted to ask them to remedy this issue. This is nothing but a 'hit and run' accident with no acknowledgment on the part of Millie's they are at fault. The

Our AC unit went down on the hottest day of the year. Millie's was the only company I could find to come out that day. The unit was beyond repair, and I expected that it would take several days before a new one could be installed. Millie's had the unit replaced by the end of the day, at a fair price. We were very impressed with the service.

Do NOT USE MILLIE'S. Let me tell you my story as simple as possible:

I bought this house in May 2019. At that time the inspection showed that the AC was poorly serviced and it was a gamble.

In July the AC finally broke down.

Called 3 different HVAC companies and Millies was the only one that would come out same day (originally I thought this was good but now I see its part of their strategy).

Of the 3 quotes I received Millie's was the cheapest (again, at first I saw this as a positive but now I see why it was the cheapest).

The repairman that first came to the house confirmed

Hey Guys. I had my AC go out about a month ago. I called three companies, and Millie's was the first to answer. I canceled the other ones, and Millie's techs showed up in about three hours. They had called and narrowed the time down. Back in the '70's I fixed AC units, so I made a [correct] diagnosis. When the techs arrived, they checked things out and we agreed on a problem, a solution, and a price. They made the repair, the AC cranked, and I was a happy man.
I'd like to stress that the main tech had obviously been doing this for a long time, and the techs were plainly

Called them on a Friday evening when my A/C unit finally went on life support. They sent Mark out within about 2 hours to diagnose the problem and tell me what I knew was coming...I needed a new unit. Big sigh! I live in a high rise condo and due to how my compressor unit was sealed into the exterior wall, they had to send "Jack" out to complete the installation. Jack was billed as a McGuyver who could solve every problem. He delivered. He worked like a dog (with 2 helpers) to get my new unit in, and running. I have never seen someone work so hard. He was pretty entertaining too

Our HVAC System stopped working on 4th of July. We called Millie's HVAC and the technicians Mark and Chuck came by to take a look at the problem the same day and diagnosed the issue within minutes. They didn't have the part and we had to wait 1 day. They came back July 5th and repaired the problem. They told us they would be at our house between 5 and 7 pm and they kept their promise. They showed up at 6:20PM. Mark the older gentleman is great and very professional. He is very knowledgeable and professional. We were very pleased with the service Mark and Chuck provided. Three years ago I hired Andy Popovichi - a very professional and (the then) pleasant owner of Millie's Heating and Air Conditioning out of Chantilly to install a new Trane system. he did an excellent job sizing up my needs and installing the best solution at a very reasonable price.

Andy also sold me the extended warranty contract with extra payment to include labor in addition to parts for 10 years, and he specifically promised I would not have to pay a penny for maintenance for the next 10 years - Millie's would provide annual preventative service of my system and the contract would

DO NOT USE THIS HVAC SERVICE. Absolutely horrible customer service. I had to work extra time all week to make sure I was home for their arrival today, Friday 7/15/2016. My phone died earlier in the week, and I asked for them to e-mail me and call my girlfriend if they would be late. Well they called my girlfriend, and did not e-mail me to notify they had to CANCEL their appointment for the THIRD TIME in one month span due to "low technicians available". Each time, Amit and Kamal would call the day of to give this same excuse. Absolutely unacceptable, especially when I called a week+ in

On Feb 15, 2015, I contacted Service Doctors for an emergency repair of my heating system. The blower motor stopped working. Service Doctors sent a representative from Millie's Heating and Air Conditioning to give an estimate and said I needed to replace the blower motor, control board and capacitor. I received authorization from my warranty company to perform the work. I wrote a check and would get reimbursed by my warranty company. The technician left and 6 hours later, another technician came and installed a new blower motor and capacitor. I asked where the control board was and he tried

Called to have my hot water heater serviced. They came out within 3 hours. In a snow storm. That kind of customer service is just unheard of in this day and age. I really appreciated the fact that they went above and beyond. The tech was polite, patient, informative and helpful.

My only negative comment - they need to get the techs real work trucks, not the puny Transit Connects they have now. When he pulled up my first reaction was "who ordered take out?"

On January 3rd, I had an appointment. They were supposed to call before they showed up. They didn't. They left a note saying we were here, you weren't call this number to reschedule. On January 6th I scheduled January 7th because they couldn't do it same day. THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP AT ALL AGAIN. I finally get them out on January 8th and the guy knows nothing about my thermostat (a nest.) I try to talk to him and he just ignores me and installs the old thermostat without doing any wiring checks (I was having a voltage problem with the nest.)

I really can't recommend a business

I would not even give them a star. It was the only option. They are a bunch of crooks. They act like they are going to fix a problem but they don't. They tell you the part will be available in a couple days. Then after a couple of days of blowing you off they don't show up or still don't have the part. Which by the way after spending a couple hundred dollars more to fix what they broke, another company tells me they drove right to the store and picked it up. They said its a very common part.

Other things the company tells me. It was not that cold that week. Other people have

Missed 4 appointments to service an HVAC system under complete warranty:

Here were the excuses:

1. Emergency gas leak at another customer's home
2. Technician had to goto emergency room.
3. No call "Were sorry"
4. Part was not in-No call-"were sorry."

All to get a new thermostat installed that was under warranty.

Hands down the WORST service I have experienced.....the 5 star reviews on here are obviously family or employees (check the number of reviews).

My A/C stopped working late on a Saturday summer evening which is arguably the worst time to have A/C issues since many HVAC businesses are not open on Sunday. It was extremely hot, at times reaching 94 degrees indoors. My cat was sweltering and looking at me with very sad eyes that seemed to be questioning why I was torturing her like this.

I contacted Millie's at 8:00 am on Sunday morning and reached a call center-type operation which made me wonder if they were simply going to collect my information and return my call on Monday. I called at least 10 other places, but only two of them
