Excellent service and workmanship. Requested a quote for installation of two new heat pump/AC units this summer. Dariush provided several options including a couple ways to cut costs. The installers, Ben and Kayvan, arrived on time in the dreaded heat of early August and suffered through the attic installation too. A couple problems arose and Dariush was on site to trouble shoot and resolve the problems. A few months later when I had a question, I received an immediate response. We are very happy with the function of our new systems and the quality of the service.

Over the past few years I have used Air One Tech for all our heating and AC needs. I've had other firms but Air One Tech is far and above the others not only in technical competency but also in "easy-to-deal-with-ness", feeling that they really care about my satisfaction and they are cost competitive. Air One Tech has done an outstandingly professional job responding to my short notice request to service and flush my water heater. Alison was very courteous, informative, and simply pleasant to talk to. The technician notified us of his arrival in a timely manner and completed everything very quickly, but very thoroughly. Truly excellent service! After checking a few online reviews, called Air One Tech and got scheduled same day to check out problem with second floor HVAC system. The technician, Darren Christmas, quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repair. He also checked the complete system to be sure there were no other issues and made suggestions regarding future maintenance. Very personable and professional. First day of turning the heat on and of course it is not working!! /we called Air One Tech, owner himself came out, furnace needed a part that he had to call his technician to bring it from their store .they went above an beyond to get our heat up and running! we will use them and will recommend them to all our friends and neighbors.

I just had AC tune up by Darren, and cant recommend enough!!!! I originally had some damages to the ceiling and my roof adjuster said it is not from the roof, and even though it wasnt part of Darren's work, he went up to check where the water damage is coming from, took great photos so I can send it to adjuster. He also explained and show me how to maintain AC heater unit thoroughly and he was very honest with his recommendations by showing me pictures, but not upselling anything. Really recommend him, and if you use this vendor, make sure to request Darren!!! Thank you so so much Darren!

Outstanding!! The reviews got me to call Air One and they didn't disappoint. Darren Christmas was the technician who came and listened to the diagnostics that I had done to date narrowing down what I thought was the issue. He did a complete review of the system itself since it is an older system, and gave me his thoughts.
Had been looking for a company for regular maintenance after just buying a condo and I purchased a maintenance contract while he was here.
The part that needs to be replaced will be ordered and he inspected other areas of the system to be cleaned and will take care of

Air one tech team was a life saver. I had a broken HVAC due to storms and kids and wife were in misery. Airone tech showed up same day I called, diagnosed and fixed the problem and got my family back to "life". They also saved me few thousands dollars by accurately diagnosing the real problem although there were a false positive about the compressor being the issue. I could not have had a better experience. I had my AC (heat pump and air handler) replaced because it died right during a heat wave. Dariush provided an efficient and clear estimate and discussed my options unhurriedly, making sure I had time to ask all the questions I wanted. His staff is utterly professional and kind. These guys are responsive, honest, communicate well, and everything worked perfectly. And, the price was extremely reasonable!

I picked Air One Tech because they're certified for Trane furnaces, and I'm glad I did. I was able to get an appointment the same day. Dariush took the time to diagnosis the problem and explain the different options. After ordering parts, a technician returned the following week to do the repair. He was also courteous and professionaI. I agreed to maintenance plans (there is a separate charge for each system you have) which were worth it because they did much needed cleaning and patched up holes. I was thoroughly impressed by Darioush and his team. Long story short, they did a great job installing both an air scrubber and whole house steam humidifier for the house we just moved into. They ran into some issues based on the layout of the house (it's almost 40 years old) when installing the humidifier but they went out of their way to make sure everything was done the right way - even though it took much longer than most installs. Dariush and his crew did absolutely wonderful work. My wife and I just purchased a new home, 21 year old hvac system. We got quotes ranging from 38k Carrier infinity system to a 13k goodman system. Dariush didn't try and upsell (some contractors do), he ensured that I understood that cooling and heating capacity are limited by the size of the ducting in the house (only so much air can move through these ducts). He ensured that all work would be permitted (some contractors offered permits as optional... seriously).

I needed a chemical cleaning of the exterior coil and a regular maintenance checkup and Daniel was top notch. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. He wore a mask and stayed 6 ft from me whenever we had to interact. I am very happy with my service, except he said he would check to see if there was a discount on the yearly maintenance fee since I have electric baseboard heat for the winters. I never heard back from anyone, so I guess the answer is no, there is no discount for only needing a/c maintenance. That is the only reason I gave Air One Tech 4 stars. Otherwise, it would hav been 5
