We just had Haw River Flooring install luxury vinyl plank flooring in our den and kitchen. First, Mike matched my existing hardwood with the new hardwood perfectly. Brent and Darrell exceeded my expectations in the install. They were kind, courteous, quiet, accommodating, neat, and true craftsmen. They took the time necessary to do the job right. I could not be any happier with the work Haw River Flooring did in my bedroom. This was a perfect job. I will use only Haw River for any other flooring needs.

Paid for premium carpeting a year ago and received poor quality. Carpet is already drab, flat, pulling up and not worth what I paid. Do not waste your money here. And Mike Hunt is a pseudonym. And yes your company did the work. A husband and wife team did the work. Never going here again. Had Home depot remove and install new carpeting... much, much better.

Our carpet has been wrinkled since about a year after installation, but I didn't know then to ask about getting that repaired under warranty. So we have just dealt with it for years. For the record, I tried contacting them first before posting this review. I tried calling today three times so far to ask about lifetime manufacturer warranty, and the phone number on their website just rings and rings and then hangs up after 10 rings every single time. What company does not have voicemail? We need new flooring now, and I guess I'll be shopping elsewhere.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Paid over $2,300.00 for 2 bedrooms & hall carpet. The installer left nails sticking up through the carpet. My wife called and told them about it and they told her to tell her husband to hammer them down. If that wasn't enough, within 1 month the carpet started bubbling up. We didn't say much at the time because it wasn't that bad. It kept getting worse over time and was so bad that it was folding over itself and we were tripping over it within a year. We informed them of this after about 22 months and low and behold their labor is only guaranteed for 1 year. Had we known

These guys are the absolute best! We had some difficulties with a product they installed and they worked tirelessly to get new product and provided labor to fix the issue at no cost to us! Haw River Flooring delivered 200%. They have great products, sure. But, Flooring is so much more than product. The customer service is outstanding. The installation was fabulous. The men who put in our carpet were knowledgeable, polite, and concerned with my satisfaction. These men ripped out the old carpet and padding, and had the new padding and carpet down in one day! We had 2000+sq/ft installed. Plus they repaired a tile floor in another room before they left. The best part, their price beat everyone in the area. We could not be happier. Need Flooring?
