Very disappointed. We wanted a color change to match the cabinets better. Left for four days and came back to the wrong floor color. We’ve been trying to get in contact with them for days but they won’t answer or call back. I’m very frustrated. No instructions or tips on how to care for the floor. Very unprofessional

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing and highly recommended!!! I was pleased from beginning to end. Great customer service, very responsive and available for questions, and overall quick turn around time for my rental property that needed new flooring in every room. The products (LVP and carpet) were also very good quality and I would 100% choose USC Flooring again!

Went in to the store, checked out some floor samples, got a very quick in-home estimate, manager found a more affordable product option, quickly scheduled the install after the materials arrived, install went smoothly and quickly - team did a really nice job with close attention to detail, such as covering the nail holes on the quarter rounds. Floors look great!

Spoke with the owner to set up marble countertop job. They scheduled to come out and measure and didn’t show up, didn’t call me to reschedule nothing so I go there after work he tells me someone was in an accident on the way to my home ok so he measures the next day goes up on the price quoted it’s not much so I agree and give him the deposit then they tell me the need the actual sink to make the cut so I take the sink in. I’m waiting to hear from him so I can let my job know I will need to be home I get no call or nothing from them with any updates so I call them back I’m told I will

I bought laminate flooring elsewhere and was planning on installing it myself. I discovered a soft spot in my subfloor and I was uncomfortable putting in a new piece of subfloor myself (are the joists OK? The foundation/piers?). I went and spoke with USC about hiring them to only do the subfloor repair. The guy (owner?) also gave me an estimate for him to install the flooring that I had already bought (at Sam's Club).
