As certified professional hardwood floor installers, Brother's Flooring knows how to repair any type of issue to the highest professional standard. One of the main advantages of site finished hardwood floors is that they can almost always be repaired. We will work with you to consider a variety of solutions that take in account expense and integrity of the floor.
We cross-cut all hardwood floors at an angle with our belt machine to make sure your floor is completely flat. This step is often skipped by companies looking to save time and cut corners on the job. A floor that is not cross-cut first will exhibit a slight wavy or rolling appearance. Progressively finer grits of sandpaper are used on the final sanding cuts, ending with the appropriate grit for the stain or finish that will be applied.
The installation of wood floors is a very delicate task, for that reason before begin the process should inspect the sub floor, to be sure is uniform and the moisture is proper to do the installation, acclimate the wood is very important, we recommend storing inside your home for two weeks to ensure the efficiency of the process.

Ricardo and the team at Triangle Floors were a pleasure to work with. After seeing the beautiful wood floors that they did for our daughter, we hired them to extend the existing hardwood in our home. This place is the worst!!! They tell you one thing then don’t take responsibility for the quotes they give you. My carpenter recommended this place for carpet. I stop by picked out my carpet, go to the bank for full payment came back to the lady at front desk telling me she gave me the wrong price!!!! Called the owner (Ricardo) I thought he was going to resolve the problem being a respectful business owner, buttttt no that wasn’t the case. UPDATE: after my review Ricardo reached out to me and had someone come out to repair the additional flooring. My one outstanding item is a creaking step that hopefully they can come back out and repair. Ricardo has been great throughout the process, as mentioned it seems to be overall a wood issue that I am experiencing.
My experience with Triangle Flooring was okay. I wish they took the time to go over everything more in depth as I would've done things differently. I replaced my entire downstairs with pre-finished hardwood in 2020 along with replacing my stairs with hardwood instead of carpet

I am so pleased with my experience working with Triangle Floors. Ricardo, Aida, and the team were all a pleasure to work with. We recently had Triangle Floor come out to refinish our 500 sq ft floor. Getting the quote was very fast and Triangle Floor will work with you to modify the quote. After getting the quote and reviewing another quote, we decided to go with Triangle Floor since they have good review on Google. We request the first week of June and Triangle floor said they can start Monday (May 31) and finish by Friday (June 4) and we would be able to walk on our floor on Saturday.
There was a few hiccups with the schedule and so the work didn't finish until Tuesday. Initially we were not wow with the floor

I contracted Triangle Floors to fix a few damaged boards in my hardwood floor. The communication with the office was great, the repair cost extremely competitive, the crew very nice and pleasant to work with, and most importantly the finished product was of very high quality. We used Ricardos team for pretty much every inch of a 3000sq ft home, bathrooms, refinishing hardwood, installing backsplashes and vinyl flooring. The works. Ricardo and his crew at triangle floors is amazing. I was hesitant to use them because his price beat out everyone else and I needed top quality for my home going on the market. (Over $700 k) I worked in construction and have observed contractors cutting corners to make more profit. Not triangle Floors. For example, they weaved the new floor into the old existing floor with is difficult and extra work but it makes a big difference. Would use them again for any flooring needs! We contacted several companies for estimates and ultimately went with Triangle Floors to sand/refinish original pine floors upstairs in our home as well as newly installed oak flooring downstairs. They did not disappoint and the floors came out beautifully! Triangle Floors not only came out quickly for the estimate but were prompt with getting the quote back and scheduling the work. Triangle Floors (formerly Brothers) installed engineered hardwood in our master BR. We had a few glitches (wrong flooring ordered at first, minor floor flaws, some clean-up we had to do) but we were satisfied with cost and service. The management and workers were all friendly and efficient- came when they said they would and finished ahead of schedule. We would use them again.

Ricardo and his team did an awesome job on repairing and refinishing our floors. I had to fire our previous flooring company due to their sloppy work. Ricardo met with us on a Saturday to assess our floors and quickly provided us a quote, which no other companies would do! He knew we were in a hurry to get our floors done before Thanksgiving and he made room in his schedule to fit us in. His team was very professional and top notch! Really nice and friendly crew. Ricardo was great from the planning to the completion of my project. Brother's Flooring removed a stubborn ugly coating from my bamboo floors, and cleaned and buffed the floors. Then they applied a beautiful and very durable finish. WOW. I can't believe the difference. It all looks terrific with a warm beautiful glow. I am "floored," so to speak!
