Interiors by Brown is proud to offer design services dedicated solely to the commercial and hospitality sector. I have never experienced such terrible customer service from an interior designing company. When I walked in the showroom, I was not greeted, I was looked up and down and felt as if I was bothering the showroom manager. I was going to place a huge order with them, and decided to give the business to someone else who actually cared about helping their clients and not feel like a nuisance. Very disappointed with the whole experience and lack of customer service representation. This is why businesses should always invest in their customer service staff. They are the face of the business!

Had an amazing experience renovating my home with the Brown team - they were with us (my husband and I) every step of the way, and helped execute our vision flawlessly, without ever straying from our extremely tight deadline. The Brown team is incredibly talented and patient. They really listened to my ideas I had for my project, and addresses all my thoughts and concerns without hastily getting started and writing off my questions. They made me feel like I was a part of the process, which was really important to my wife and I. The entire process was amazing, stress free, and most importantly it was executed flawlessly.
