I was informed through the whole entire project from start to finish and updated consistently. I've survived about 45 or more years of roofing problems, but these guys are the best I have ever had. Price great, value, professionalism are important, but they showed the basic honesty of doing good work, finding things I had missed, and taking care of them, and at no additional charge. I am very impressed.

Great service. Discovered a hole in my roof. Called Rapid Roofers and Troy came out the next day and fixed it. Inspected the rest of my roof and gutters to ensure I am aware of any potential issues. He kept me informed throughout the process and wore a mask for my protection. He also sent plenty of pictures of the "before and after" to confirm my satisfaction. His prices are more than fair. Will definitely hire Rapid Roofers again! Excellent, reliable service. Highly recommend!

Time, worked quickly and did a thorough clean-up afterwards.
Troy was great to work with. He handled the insurance company, put together the estimate, and was very responsive to any concerns we had. He's been in the roofing business his entire adult life and he takes his craft seriously.

Moving here from Tennessee I wasn't really sure who to call or what to do when I found out that I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling. My home owners insurance had me call to 2 plumbers & 3 different roofers and no one could figure out what was going on with that leak.
So I started googling & the 1st roofer they came up was Rapid Roofers.
I was feeling very unsure of what this service person would do, because of the previous visits from the other service people.
I opened the door there stand in was Mr. David with a warm smile.
He is actually one of the most friendliest people I have ever met.

I complained to the BBB and Mr. Dailey responded with photos that he ALTERED. What is it that he's trying to cover up by photoshopping these pictures?In these photos you can clearly see the water marks coming down the vent pipe that goes through the ceiling. Mr. Dailey says the water was from my air conditioning unit. I had my furnace checked and was told the leak would have come from the bottom of the unit, not the top and only if it was running. I was not running air conditioning in the middle of the winter. There is much more to this story
