Services
The Sales Order number is the unique identification number for your product. The number is located in the upper right or left-hand corner between the panes of glass. The SO # is a 5 to 8 digit number, followed by the Line Number (a decimal and three digits.) For example, a number you might see is 1144124.

Great experience with Brian from Pure View windows. Brian and his team came out and changed all the old windows in our house in basically one day, including one window that had terrible leaks in our master bedroom - just in time before the rains. My wife and I are extremely happy with the new windows and the excellent service and communication throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend.

Everything from the quote to communication, installation & clean up was far more than I could've asked for! Brian & Dayle were great at communicating every aspect of this window project. Brian called when he was running a little late which was nice & he & Wyatt showed up & began with removal & install. They did an amazing job & my new windows with all the trim are sooo beautiful! Thank you Brian, Dayle & Wyatt for giving me a new, clear view from my home! This company is AWESOME & provides excellent quality product & service!!

I was drawn to them by the great reviews. Initially there was an issue with an appointment they missed for an estimate to be done. They came out on a rescheduled appointment. From there they totally flaked out. Left messages without prompt responses. Was told some paperwork had been lost. When I tried to follow up a few times they ultimately never called me back. I stopped calling them, they never called again. I went another vendor who did great work. They seemed like nice folks. Maybe they just had a bad month?

I usually don't leave reviews but when a company goes above and beyond I feel the need to let people know. Pure View replaced all of my windows. I cannot express how great the experience was. Installation took one day and they look amazing. My house was cleaner when they left and the price was great.

We have been putting off installing new windows because we were concerned with the size of our very large custom windows and getting them installed correctly.
Well that was not of concern because Brian is meticulous and knows what he's doing. He took the time to explain what was going on and he listened to any of our concerns and he kept us posted on what they were doing.

NICE windows, GREAT work, and AWESOME price! Brian and his crew(Kevin and Wyatt) have pride in their work. After buying our house three years ago, windows were high on our list to get done. Other projects had priority or were just more affordable. We've gotten quotes throughout the years and Pure View blew them
out of the water. We had some windows that needed to be a different size due to privacy or meeting egress so we needed new framing, drywall and stucco work to be done on top of just replacing the windows. Other companies were charging more just to replace the windows. Dayle made

Called various businesses for quotes on new windows and doors for a residence. Dayle was super responsive to emails and online requests. Brian the installer who came to give us the quote was a hard working guy. No frills, no outside sales type. Took the measurements at 530 pm. Promised a quote in 24 hours. Had a nice, easy to understand quote the next morning at 10ish. Priced competitively but willing to go the extra mile on installation dates and times. This is how people should run the show. 1,2,3 and done. Windows go in pretty soon....will post another review later!

This review is intended for the driver that is employed with Pure View Windows.
It was a Wednesday afternoon on the 101 with steady traffic going at an average 70 - 75 miles per vehicle. I was enjoying my drive until I was CUT OFF not once, but TWICE by a PURE VIEW WINDOW van. I was extremely mortified, and if it weren't bad once, but I was cut off on two occasions by this unsafe driver!
It's great that they're branding the vans to get more exposure, but this marketing will not drive traffic to your business if you have such a RECKLESS DRIVER that is employed by your company.

We have a unique situation in that we needed some new construction to turn a window into a sliding door, add two windows to where there was a wall, and close up a window. These in addition to replacing six other windows. (We had those awful single pane old aluminum ones and now have stunning casements and lovely sliding windows). Brian's knowledge of being a general contractor was an invaluable skill set. He took his time and installed high quality

I had Brian come out to give me and est to replace a picture window at the end hall into a casement window. Pricing was absolutely reasonable and worth every penny. Replacing the window allowed for the house to cool down MUCH faster since it helped create more if a cross breeze
We have 4 more windows we are looking to get done and am looking forward to having Brian and Pure View take care of them! I would without a doubt recommend Pure View Windows and Doors to anyone looking to improveme the look and the feel of their home!
