Where to begin... from the website, to my first conversation with Eric to the fabrication of my 22 screens was a pleasure! There was chaos at my house and on my street the day he came to do the work and yet he took it in stride. I was at work but my husband and adult son said that Eric was easy going, professional and considerate. Oh and did I mention my screens look FANTASTIC?!?! I like his work so much that I am planning on having him replace our screen door as well. You will be VERY happy if you choose Cross Breeze Screens for your job.

Eric was great!! We had a big job, and he immediately went to on our house. We agreed on a price, and we got rolling. We had to order some sliders, but he measured, and we got those 6 sliders in literally 3 days. He used stainless steel wheels, and fasteners with the aluminum frames.
Great customer service, attentive, and trustworthy!! I highly recommend him!!

We can't say enough about this company. Let's start with Eric is swift to return calls... we weren't sure which way we wanted to go with screens for our French doors. We called Eric several times to pick his brain... he called back every time. He never pushed or pressured us ...he just educated us. We finally decided to go with the retractable screen doors. Eric came to the house to measure the doors... we also had a separate door we wanted to have him do the screen for as well. He told us that it would take around a month for him to get the product as things were very busy and COVID

We have this huge patio screen door that is not easy to find a replacement for. Eric was referred to me by Bill at American sliding door repair and I have to say, if you need your sliding door and/or screen repaired or replaced? You cannot go wrong with these guys. Eric was top notch! Came out to measure and see exactly what we were looking for, ordered the materials and had it done the next week. It's beautiful and I could not be happier. I highly recommend this company.

We had a great experience with this company. Eric is a very friendly, honest guy that provides high quality work. He arrived 15 minutes prior to the time that he said he would be at out house so he is very timely as well. He had to rebuild some screen frames for our sidelights and did a very good job. He is very neat, you can tell by the look of his truck and trailer in these photos. Go and watch the YouTube video on his website as well. Talked to Eric yesterday over the phone. Asked if he does onsite free estimates. He said yes but asked to describe the job and he could give me a price over the phone. Told him I needed six windows with frames plus a slider with the frame also. He said it would be $285 .00 total out the door! We made appointment for the job.
I met him this morning and he wanted $285.00 for just the slider screen with frame plus $35.00 per window and the frame. He said I misunderstood what he told me over the phone.

Eric did an amazing job replacing our large sliding screen door when a friend walked through it accidentally during our Thanksgiving Dinner! Eric came out the very next morning and repaired it so quickly and professionally. He's super friendly too, which is always appreciated when someone is working in your house. We loved him and his work so much that we now plan to have him replace ALL our screens in our house! I would give him 10 Stars if I could!

Eric is the man when it comes to installing retractable screen doors. Called him up and he came through as said he would. Measured the front door and give me a reasonable price. Turn around was 10 days from order to install. He is a fully stocked with everything he needs to get the job done. I will be using Cross Breeze Screen Doors in the future. Great Job Eric.

I was very impressed with this company not only because they were the most affordable but because they quickly made an appointment that worked for me and arrived on time and measured, manufactured and installed my sliding screens doors on-site.
The screens look great and work great and the installer took extra time making sure they would slide easy even though the frame at my house was not completely Square.

I'm very happy with the screens Eric Johnson of Cross Breeze Screens in Ventura installed for my home yesterday and today. I wanted a very secure screen door for my front door, a regular screen door with doggy access and a side window screen. I was initially told that the secure screen door would take a month after it is ordered. 1/2 the cost was required as a deposit, which applied to total cost of the front secure screen door. The regular door was customised to my dog's ability and was ready to install after a week. I was then told the more secure screen door had already been delivered
