Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He came out to inspect my roof, told me I wasn't in need of a new roof but did need some work on the boots as the current ones were old and worn. I had 3 other companies come out in a span of 2 weeks an everyone had mentioned the boots not one told me my roof was in good shape. Jeff was upfront and honest, not looking to upsale me. He came back out with in a few days and did the repairs that i needed for what I feel was a fair price. I would call him again for any of my needs, he is knowledgeable, professional and most importantly honest.

Sappelt barked skylight jargon at me over the phone and seemed annoyed that I was no expert on various skylight mounts. He then quoted close to $3,000 for a repair “not including interior drywall and painting.” Since it was my first quote, I inquired about scheduling and Sappelt simply stopped responding to my messages. Two days later I found a licensed and insured company to make the repair for $900 and he didn’t even have to tear up any drywall!

I had several roofers look at my leak and many said that I just needed a new roof but not Jeffrey Sappelt. He said that I still had as much as 8 years left on my roof. So he identified the leak area and repaired it for a reasonable price. I was so surprised that I got his estimate for gutter guards and two days later he and his crew installed them. Jeffrey is knowledgeable; honest in his assessment and efficient, along with his crew, in the work. He is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him.

I had a roof inspection done today, and I was positively surprised how honest and professional the company is. I had an home inspection done earlier where three stains were identified in the attic. The representative from Sappelt&Son was honest to confirm that these are old and there are no current leaks, and he wrote a letter stating that no repairs are required. I called a few other companies, and the first thing they recommended was to replace the whole roof. I was not charged for the report and the inspection.
