Since 2016, Sandy and Scott, the owners of Fairfield Roof & Exterior, have personally been responsible for insurance replacement approval on over 750 roofs in the Triangle, Charlotte, and Winston-Salem regions. The majority of our roof replacements involve insurance claims for storm damage. We provide initial inspections free of charge.
Extensive hail and wind damage to your roof often cannot be seen by a visual inspection from the ground. Even if you don't think you have storm damage, you should get your roof looked at by the experts of Fairfield Roof & Exterior. There is no charge for the inspection. Used Fairfield for an insurance claim. Jason handled my job with professionalism and courtesy all throughout. The roofing crew was prompt and efficient. When they were finished, you could hardly tell they were there except for the new roof. A few minor items to follow up on were done quickly without hesitation. I had a great experience working with Fairfield Roofing. I called them for an estimate and they came out within two days. They gave me a very fair estimate and scheduled my new roof to be installed within two weeks. Their roofers were some of the hardest workers I have watched. They covered everything while they removed the old roof and were very careful. They got my roof completed in a day and it looks great. I would highly recommend them to my friends and my real estate clients.

Fairfield Roofing and Exterior has re-roofed 2 of my houses and recently put new gutters on one. I also asked Scott to inspect the roof on another of my homes. I used Fairfield in late March after wind damage from a tropical storm in February. Sandy and Scott both visited my home and did the inspection, climbed a steep roof, took pictures, worked with the adjustor on the claim and did an amazing job repairing my roof. They were prompt, insightful, helpful and complete professionals. I just looked at some of these reviews and couldn't believe what I was seeing. These guys are professional, courteous, prompt and deliver a quality product. I would recommend them to any of my best friends in a minute.

Fairfield did an excellent job of replacing our roof and skylights. They did an exceptionally thorough job of repairing and replacing the damaged plywood underneath and ensuring a good seal. The new roof is high quality and looks great. We have not had a single problem in the year since it was done. Scott was very responsive to our calls and questions throughout the process.

Scott and Sandy were extremely helpful in replacing my roof. They started with an inspection of the roof which revealed there had been noticeable storm damage. They showed me pictures of the damage once they were back on the ground and then helped me understand how to involve my insurance company if I chose that path. They were on-site when the insurance adjuster came out to write up the claim and ensured that the adjuster noticed the specific areas of the roof that had given them concern.
