I didn't hire this Company, they were hired by Essex Homes whom we purchased house from in September of 2019. The beginning of November 2020 I woke up to a large cement board that they used on the porch ceiling which fell down because of very little nails holding it up. The other cement board on the other side of fan was ready to fall also so my husband was able to remove it. I contacted the builder(Essex Homes) but they refused to do anything because we were seven weeks over the warranty. I am extremely thankful that no one was seated where it fell. I have had neighbors over occasionally on porch

A company with values and a "Will do" attitude. From beginning to end. Quality as well as value are hard to find in these economies but they rose above and beyond. I will recommend Southend to anyone that wants to just begin a project and have it meet fruition in the expected amount of time.

I have dealt with Southend personnel, managers and owners on many occasions and the folks who run both the remodeling side and New Construction side. I would say their class, customer service levels and professionalism is what’s missing from most other contractors in town. Way to go guys keep up the good work.
