We have had to call every time to get our driveway plowed. Once the excuse was “they forgot us” . Next time was 5 of their trucks were broke down. This time it was that the driver told them it was done. Seriously!
Feb 28, 2019- Since my first review (see above) - there has been 2 snowfalls requiring snow removal. Each time First Step came without me having to call them and they did a good job. As a result, I have changed my rating from a1 to a 3. We used them for lawn care last year and they did great with that- I would rate them a 4 for lawn care.
