I have used ACE for several years now and couldn't be happier. They do such a beautiful job on my yard, front and back. Everything look gorgeous when they leave. They just did some landscaping in my front yard. Wow! It's looks so good. Also, for the first time Ace did my Fall clean up and they did amazing. The office staff is professional, cheer and knowledgeable. I recommend ACE for all your outdoor needs. Oh, they do snow removal too.

They do the landscaping for my condo association and today was the final straw for me. We have a Rosa Sharon bush in our yard, today they killed it. We didn't tell them to touch it, we didn't tell them to trim it, but one their guys did with a weed whacker. Excuse you do not trim anything with a weed whacker. They put a basketball size hole through the middle of it, the took off the top and sides of it. Then they left the trimming next to it.

For the second time they have mowed down my garden, I have flowers, basil and mint growing in front of my apartment and after looking around and seeing that they did not cut down other people's flower arrangements. I realize I'm either being targeted or they just carelessly chop away. Very sad, extremely disappointed I'll make sure no one uses them if they ask me. My produce destroyed and my flowers are decapitated. I even laid out glass containers with dirt and plants growing out of them inside of my garden bed to make sure that they didn't go into the garden bed and cut it, but when I arrived

This makes me sad to post because many businesses are struggling, but at the same time I feel obligated to inform others of the potential pitfall of out to the owner and he told me he would send someone out to look at it. That pershiring Ace Outdoor Services for a landscaping project.

Not the least bit impressed. Should’ve read the reviews first. They are such a huge company so we trusted they would do a good job. We needed temporary lawn services while our tractor was under repair. Used them for a total of 3 times and each time our yard looked worse than the week before. They are clearly in a rush as the guys practically run with the push mower, missing strips of grass. The driveway was left covered in grass clippings because they didn’t blow it off. They didn’t weed whack around the outside perimeter of the fence and the areas they did do still have tall grass standing

Not impressed to say the least with this company! The office staff are the best thing going on for ACE Super kind, helpful and respectful.
2 weeks in a row they didn't show up to mow the lawn like they were scheduled too. Rain was not a factor! I'm tired of calling the office and those poor girls making excuses for their careless crews. Sad thing is they lost 3 customers all within a month because of their poor service. Both of my neighbors signed up after me and have canceled too! ACE is a joke. Hire a local high-schooler....they are more dependable.

Longtime customer for many years. Easy to recommend. Their service is very good. Most importantly, if I have a concern, it is handled promptly. For example, last Winter, after our morning plow, our sidewalks were severely drifted over by the afternoon. One phone call and we were all set. The sidewalks were cleaned again and salted by 5 PM. Any company can have an issue, no one is perfect. Unfortunately, it is too easy to complain about one issue, forgetting about how many great days came before it. For me, it is how the issue is handled that really sets Ace Outdoor apart.

I called Ace to give me an estimate on Landscaping. I see their trucks all around town. The individual showed up looked at the work I wanted done, tagged the trees and areas that I needed cutting or landscaping and said he would give me a call in a day or two with an estimate. That's been over a week ago and I've never heard back from them. I'm not going to chase a company to give me a quote then you're going to have to chase them to do the work!
